i have really bad social anxiety / depression and it’s to the point where i can’t go outside without having at least one panic attack. it’s been making me feel really frustrated with myself and like my anxiety is controlling my life. when u talk about being shy it makes me feel like im not alone so thank u for that. i hope you feel better about everything!
Same here. Except I won’t get panic attacks. I just am very awkward and unconfortable when i’m social. It’s gotten to the point where I want to be drunk and feel like i’m only cool and fun when I’m drunk. But I also care about my health, so I won’t drink much. I just feel uncomfortable at school, especially when I’m with the popular people because they are the opposite of me. I feel like they accept me, but i’m not that important to the group because I barely talk in conversations. I also overthink what i say to the point that it makes me nauseous. I often think that life would be so much easier if i was outgoing and not shy. And sometimes I feel like I do not matter and question my self worth. So Yeah, That’s my life😍

My liver is failing I’m in a lot of pain, rent is two months behind, moved so have to take 2 kids to different school because no bus comes , no food in the fridge , taking a ton of online classes which are a lot of work I write and read about 6 hours out of the day because I’m on academic probation and cannot fail these classes, so I’m stressed. A lot of health issues I’m way too young for. So keep your head up beautiful girl at the end of the day we have good people behind us 👍🏻

@@lineawang-holm787 better! I have one semester left until I graduate so I’m very proud of that. Moneys a little better but with covid not great. I’m on meds for my liver and stomach so that helps but there are always some days that are better than others. But that’s life! Thanks for asking 🙂

My family and i are borderline broke BROKE and it sucks cuz when you’ve been downgraded from being financially stable to UNSTABLE...u rlly get picture of poverty. Everything literally changes. The type of food u eat, the quality of EVERYTHING. Yeah.

I take care of my grandpa who has parkinsons disease and he needs 24/7 care. It sucks cause I can't do what I want in life, school, work etc. UA-cam takes my mind off things and today has been a rough day for my grandpa and everyone it seems.

My social anxiety and depression has taken such a toll on me and I can’t find the motivation to do anything. I literally overthink everything in my life so I can’t concentrate on finishing homework or doing what I have to do, so I just have to distract myself with UA-cam and TV. That’s literally all I do. I feel like no one really likes me and I have no real friends like I thought I did. My parents refuse to believe there’s anything wrong, even though this has happened to me ever since middle school. Once my therapist diagnosed me with my issues I haven’t gone back because they’re to scared to admit that I need help. So I’m just suffering by myself and I feel so hopeless. Shit.
If you need help or friends to talk to, I am here. I felt what you felt once,but I had a friend I could rant to and she helped me a lot, so I want to be that kind of friend to you .
