The autofocus is so good on the IV compared to the iii, I love the touch tracking in photo mode!
The encounters with strangers on the street are always so humble. love it. im a broken record but thanks again for these videos.
I'm about to go to sleep, but I saw you uploaded this. Thank you so much for the inspiration bro merry christmas and godbless u!
Same! 🥰
Hey Sam. My dad just bought me the Sony a iv and I am so glad for it!!
Your colour grading is very pleasing.
What focus settings do you use . Images are always so sharp
I really love you video your, videos really help me go out and shoot street pov. It’s really nice to see you around the city and shooting some amazing pictures. Thank you so much to share those beautiful moments with everyone.
I love u man, u are the best, hugs from Brasil 🌎
Very nice, just purchased... can't wait till it arrives.
I finally also started POV now, I was thinking of making that in my language since I'm new here in London and I struggle with the accent
Yay more London bus photography. Totally not overdone.
What lens were you using in this vid mate? Thanks
Happy Christmas to you, the mrs, and the cat! Thanks for being an inspiration ✌🏾
Haha Santa in the bike s my shot 😂 thanks man! I dunno how the shots looked on the camera but they’re defo clean!!!
Mine is coming tomorrow I can’t wait
I'm looking at getting this or the 7R IV as my next buy. I'll be trading in my Olympus for the next step up.
UA-camr number 1
Damn!!! These pics from the new camera are Krispy Kreme Crispy Clean! I need one of these cameras. I use a Canon D80 and Canon G7X ii just for fun photography but these shots are deffo tempting me 📷💯🥶
Hi! What AF settings/mode do you use? All photos are sharp! Hope you reply ❤️
Can’t wait to get my hands on this camera. Moving from canon to Sony. I keep seeing everywhere still saying it’s pre order expected feb.
my old camera ISO fell apart after 800. its mindblowing that I have upgraded to a camera body that still looks clean at ISO 10,000! I genuinely just need 2 prime lens now and I think I'll be golden.
my insta only has 7 pictures so far and 6 are the moon, the latest my cat being silly LOL
Same... ISO 800 was as far as I can go for a good quality shot an now I can go up to ISO 5000 and more and it’s just beautiful. This lag of ISO quality kept myself within a boundary for more than a year.
@@tiforza0481 the chase of quality light is never ending. the older sensors aren't bad if you have lights and controlled shoot conditions or the weather is always just perfect. but now I can take shots at midnight that don't need to be long exposure just to avoid bad grain despite the aperture being f1.8. its worth noting that my lens now has a constant max aperture of F4, but its meant to be all purpose for normal conditions anyway. the plan is to get the samyang 20mm f1.8 and then the sony 135mm f1.8 GM to supplement my 24-105mm F4 G lens. if I want to try and get moon shots again I can just rent the 200-600mm zoom lens for a month or so. if I set up with a tripod then do a long exposure the F4 limit when at 24mm won't even matter when taking star trails too.
currently looking at some quality budget light options. for outdoors and home studio use. the nanlight pavotubes are cool but pricy, a lumecube is interesting by not enough for the budget etc.
Merry Christmas to all ! And keep up the great work !
Thanks for the inspiration always a pleasure watching you Merry Christmas to you and roxann 🤶🎅
Merry Christmas Sam, hope you have an amazing couple of days! 🎄Camera looks insane! So glad you’re enjoying it! 🙌
*I just bought my first camera the A7IV + 24mm f/1.4 GM.* I was wondering, could you do a video for setting up the photo settings? I’m not a pro. Mainly random photos for social media. Video I’ll be doing talking head shots at my desk and using it as a webcam for meetings, and general Vlogs etc. Do you think the auto-ISO/WB/Exposure etc are good? I’m new to everything cameras.
Merry Christmas mate
Merry Christmas to you too!!!
sei bravissimoooooooo
Merry Christmas 🎄
Beautiful images especially the phone box bathed in green light, so Ed Hopper.. Very punchy images compared with your previous camera. Thanks and merry Xmas.
Sick video Sam Merry Christmas and looking out for loads more videos in the New Year from you 🔥🔥🇬🇧
I’m hopeful going to get a canon m50 mk2 for Christmas I saw your videos on it and I decided to get it
Love your style .. thinking about getting the a7 iv but have the a7r4 .. maybe i invest in new lenses
I would invest in lenses 🙏
How on earth do you get such sharp pics when its that dark :O ?! Its insane !
Im on the 7iii and 85 mm. Should I start using manual mode instead of aperture - and focus more on shutterspeed than aperture mode ? ?
perhaps use manual mode, set a fixed aperture if you like, then use auto iso to like 1600 or something and set the shutterspeed to what ever you need to get a sharp frame, its like shutterpriority mode but with fixed aperture. You might know it already but i use it all the time and can only reccomend it.
@@districtsouth8358 I know about fixed shutterspeed with auto iso. Tried that but I sat it to 1/500 and its var getting a little dark and grey and light rain. Så pics werent sharp, and ISO was 6000-12000. So very noisy.
Tip for me ? Should shutterspeed be way higher ? You say I can ser minimum aperture, like I did with minimum shutterspeed ?
@@TomatenDK not minimum aperture but you can set it to the aperture you like and it wount change as long as you are in manual. The minimum shutterspeed feature does not really work in low light because when it is too dark and the auto iso cant go high enough it will step down your shutterspeed which causes your images to be blurry again. the issu with the gray tone mostly occures when the image is underexposed a lot. for your camera to go up to iso 6000-12000 it has to be really dark i guess. As i tried to explayn previeously set ur aperture in manual mode and ur shutterspeed, then use auto iso. You can set the range of the auto iso so it wount get that high and ur shutterspeed has to match the scene you are shooting. For me a 1/320 is more than enough to get most shots, when the subject is moving a lot i sometimes go up to 1/1000 but i might have to open the aperture if that is still posiible and if its not i got to bump up the iso which is usually the last thing i change to a higher value. For shots that do not rerequire a fast shutterspeed i might as well go down to 1/60 because it is still fast enough to compensate for my handshake(image stabilazation turned on on the body as well as the lens). I do not know if this will work for you and i cant really tell you which settings to use because it depends on the situation you are shooting, i guess you just have to figure it out for yourself :)
@@districtsouth8358 thank you very much for that detailed explanation. I just tried what you said on manual. Hate to admit it, but it does seem like manual is the way to go. Just a habit, using aperture because Ive always only used that :)
Thanks man 👍
Manual - adjust your settings to your environment. Keep aperture as open as possible to most light in and keeping your shutter speed as fast as possible ✌️ the change iso accordingly.
The camera looks really nice and these pov photography videos are great!
And thanks for liking my shot :D
hi! can you tell me wich program do you use to edit like that! your amazigne bro
Great shots! Loving the new A7 IV content 🙌 Cheers!
I quite like that a lot ??????? Merry Christmas mate have a good one
Great Video!
Just got my a7 iv!
would love to do street photography but its prohibited where i live....
damn data privacy protection....
Where do you live North Korea? lol
Fire bruhhhh🔥😍
I shoot on the a7iii and looking at the IV I didn't see much that made me want to make the leap. But after seeing this video I'm rethinking that. these photos are so clean.
Bought the A74 today! Live in Merica, so hopefully I get it soonish and not acouple months
pov with canon 7d mark ii? a pov with only panning?
My man, what street was that at start of film ? And I’m glad in a way you finally purchased one as we were sort of discussing me selling you my new one. Took it out tonight.. wowwwww. Think my A1 will take a back seat for just a little while.
WoW didn't expect it to be that packed, but man you got some excellent shots 👌.
Have you ever used the A7RIV? I have an A7RII and I love the extra megapixels for cropping. Is the 33 on the A7IV enough? I am considering upgrading soon.
Great Video Sam hope you have a good xmas.
Hi Sam , merry Christmas , why did you buy the A7iv & not the R ?
Been thinking of getting the IV. After seeing these shots I'm now totally blown away. I have to get it! Also subscribed - you seem like a brilliantly cool mate! Thanks for the great video ✌
This new camera is a beast! How would you compare this to the A7C?
Glad your lovin it man
Did you use a filter in this video? I also have the 50mm and the A7iv
Awesome video,merry Christmas 🎄
Which lens did you use?
Great video. Merry Christmas!
Great POV Sam!!
Which action camera are you using?
Dope bro!!
what are your thoughts on getting this one over the higher resolution alpha7R IV
Great video! Just out of curiosity, what memory card are you using in the a7IV? I’m debating if I need to buy a CF card.
Hi, you would help me if you could tell me your settings for the biders. I despair
What are the green dots when you get ready to take a picture?
that's related to the focus mode he's in, think he's using wide or something like that
Did you shoot in aperture priority with a fixed iso 400?
No I never shoot in auto anything only ever use manual
Clean shots! :)
What lens are you using bro?
Good to see you enjoying the camera bro! Thanks for another shoutout man always appreciated & happy holidays 🎅🎄.
helllo, you use UV fliter on your lens? or you just us ethe lens hood?
I use neither ✌️
❤️❤️
just came from north borders last video... I think Im not gonna be able to take you serious after that hahaha what a legend you are!
Marry Christmas Sam, is there going to be any gift for Xmas? (maybe free presets etc...) 🙏🏻
unfortunately out of my price range ,Married ,kids ,mortgage just cant afford it and at 36 im probably the oldest one here lol .Your videos are cool, have you ever thought of doing studio work on your list?
You’re actually not the oldest one by a long shot so you still have plenty of time to save up and focus on a hobby you love! Merry Christmas Christmas,
P.s never been interested in studio work tbh
Man I want to come to London so bad. I think I'm going to have to come check it out next year if it doesn't get locked down again
Where do I even start with this camera dude other than WOW the image quality from this set up is on point. For me I live your images of busses the colours the contrast everything about them is 👌 it makes me want to visit London again very soon so I think my 1st major photo day of 2022 will be London. Merry Christmas to yourself amd Roxanne dude.
Create more, stress less 👌
I have one sitting under my tree, this video makes me feel better about the decision haha
hello bro, I'm from Indonesia, I like all your videos, and I've subscribed to your channel . good job bro 🔥🔥🔥
were you using a SD card or CFexpress card
What lense you are using
hey man what program do you use to edit the photos? or do they come out that way straight out of the camera?
I use adobe Lightroom 🙏
what lens were you using?
Which preset do u use the most from your preset pack ??
U using a 85?
This is my first full frame camera.
I have been using Luminar 4 since it came out, so what raw editor should i use that works with this new Sony?
I just got the A7IV and updated it to 1.10. I can not get my auto focus dialed in that that.
Nice bro
A7riv and I never looked back
Sony is good and all but man... Do I really want to spend 2,600 EUR for a camera with the same build quality as entry level Nikon and Canon DSLR's? I've heard SO MANY, SO, SO, SO MANY stories of peoples a7RIVs, a9lls, a7llls and so on, breaking in one way or another, after not even two years of use. Not to mention all the weather sealing failure complaints... I'm really trying to decide which system to go with and I'm currently looking at Z6ll, R6 and a7IV... My friends both have two R6's and two Z6lls and they shoot mostly WRC and other Rally events, in literally pouring rain, thunderstorms, fog, extreme humidity, extreme cold and so on and so forth... I've never, ever, seen any Sony user in dozens upon dozens of events that I've been to with my friends and I also can't find any Sony user neither here on UA-cam nor anywhere on the internet, who goes into even the slight dribbling rain without a rain cover, let alone going into high humidity, dusty and muddy rally tracks or anything else similar to that. That's really my only concern here... Build quality and weather sealing... Just this alone makes me want to eliminate the a7IV out of the picture but then I'm left with only R6 and Z6ll to choose from... Any Sony user here that can confirm or has evidence of Sony cameras being able to handle extreme temperatures, humidity, rain, dust, mud, water and so on and so forth?! My friends are telling me to just go with either the R6 or Z6ll but I really want to go with Sony... Or do I?! Please help me decide...
Dude how have you been uploading daily for this long damn. Go sleep for a week or something get your deserved rest next year 😂😂 Merry Christmas!!🥳
I think I may continue in January 👀😂
Don't know but for me A7iii is my main camera and will not buy 4 for sure
broo please stop, now i want an a7iv and another lens😂😭
This camera costs twice than my second car and if it doesn't produce money from any photography I will stick with my 8 years old FF DSLR. Cost of camera 3500 euros, I have to sell 3500 photos with 1 euro or 10 with 350 or 100 with 35 to get my money back with no profit.
€3500 ? It’s €2,700 firstly from fnac in France which is renowned for being over priced. Yes it’s expensive but it’s an investment in a business. If you own this camera for 3 years (same time I owned my a7iii) the money it will create will far exceed the initial investment.
I'd say Canon R3 is way better. It's a champion in low light, hi-burst mode, etc compared to A1 (and a little bit cheaper as well)
try to push some deep meaning into your photos
stop being so repetetive!!!! bus bus bus driver
Unreal images coming out of that beast! Obviously enforced by the skills. Sick mate and congrats on your purchase. I’m still on my a7iii and the old 85mm, doubt I will be buying the a7iv anytime soon. Enjoy mate and Merry Christmas.
What lens are you using here??
