Hey everyone! Thanks for watching my first youtube video. it's slightly painful to watch but i want to keep this video up just for memories hehe :)
Just a reminder that I am no way saying this is the right way to eat. This amount of food is right for MY body but not every body or person. I just want to share my love for food and my obsession with my dog!!

Hi Linda. if you ever look back through your videos I want to remind you that you are doing amazing. there always will be mean people trying to bring you down, people who do not understand you, who do not know you and will not take the time to know you. people are going to judge. it sucks now but you will learn so much from it. you will be stronger. be upset, cry, feel like giving up, scream, it's all ok , and just know that it will be ok. don't give the bullies the satisfaction they want. the more people who watch you and the more people you help, the more people will try to bring you down. that's just a consequence of being able to do what you love here on UA-cam. just be yourself. be proud of who you are, what you've accomplished and the people you've helped. don't forget that when times are tough. I know it's hard but at the end of the day, if you are being yourself and if you are proud of you, that's all you can really control. believe in yourself. be gentle with yourself. be kind to yourself. you got this. you do.
