kyles case shows why you DO NOT talk to the cops. They wouldnt of been able to charge him with distribution if he or his gf didnt say they smoked weed together at his home. If whoever said that didnt they wouldnt be able to prove people would smoke at his home
@@concentratecorner1744 unlikely. In the state of Georgia If a person cultivates or possesses a 'deal-able quantity' or intends to sell even a small quantity, it is likely that charges of possession for supply may be laid. It is having more drugs than someone personally would use. That’s how they get people. Even though some heavy smokers can easily smoke a half ounce a day for example, that doesn’t mean the police can’t charge you with intent to distribute. The law is fucked up but that’s just reality unfortunately. Because of the amount he had it was always going to be some sort of intent charge.
its a federal felony to send a federally illegal substance through the mail or past state lines . Even if its legal where u live on a state level the federal gov considers it a schedule 1 still, same class as heroin.cocaine and meth are schedule 2 though because they have tiny tiny tiny medicinal applications like Desoxyn (methamphetamine HCL) for narcolepsy or cocaine HCL which is used in nose and throat surgery because it is a local anesthetic and not to mention opiates which are also schedule 2 (besides heroin and some novel opiates like krokodil) because they are used for pain. Crazy i know but google drug classifications if you dont believe me.schedule one means it has no medical value and is extremely dangerous, schedule 2 means it has some medical value but is still very dangerous
@@tabernaclejones6115 It's odd that coke and meth, which have very minor uses in medicine, are schedule 2, while weed (which is a great painkiller, even without the stuff that makes you high in it) is schedule 1.
i just finished going through a probation of 1 year got busted having pot going across state lines. in my case they chose not to do drug testing so lucky for me i could keep puffing for sleep aid
I want to play Tarkov with you guys so bad lmao. I live in Bama, on Sundays the halfway house people come to the mall. I could always tell when they got here because they all come in at one door and the hallway smells like smoke :D

When Kyle's probation end's he's literally going to fly to some country to get fucked up for days, do a bunch of fun shit, green out, black out, white out, purple out and every kind of out you can and can't do and probably go MIA for a week. Taylor please go with him and make sure he doesn't die and Woody please film it.
I just find it ridiculous that these staunch anti-drug people are also 9.9/10 times against gun laws. There’s a video John Oliver did with an NRA (?) spokesman about guns. This guy is the classic “any gun laws are oppression, bad guys will get guns no matter what so it’s ridiculous to restrict them” kinda guy, so John Oliver tells him that the same logic applies to drugs and the NRA guy looks like he’s gonna have an aneurysm.
Too bad you didn't drag this out until COVID. You probably wouldn't have done any time. Oh well hindsight is twenty twenty At least that's what they say whatever that means
When kyles trying to be serious for us and the guest keeps interrupting. 💀
Dudes a weirdo, Hoffmeister? Sounds like a didler
He’s the worst guest
Literally this entire clip I’m verbally and visibly getting upset everytime Steve the retard opens his mouth, like shut the fuck up

or fire everybody there.

How did Kyles situation go from halfway house to actual prison time?
kyles case shows why you DO NOT talk to the cops. They wouldnt of been able to charge him with distribution if he or his gf didnt say they smoked weed together at his home. If whoever said that didnt they wouldnt be able to prove people would smoke at his home
they had him under surveillance
@@BobbyTMF that still doesnt matter, if he would of shut up he wouldnt of likely had a distribution charge.

He never said anything to them , the distribution came from a text message exchange between him and his gf
The amount of times I said “shut up Steve” is amazing. You’d think a comedian would be more aware about interrupting people
poor kyle
Is it just me or is woody annoyed by Steve
who isnt annoyed by him
Everyone should be
From looking at all the court documents that are public. It really seemed that they wanted to make an example out of Kyle.
how many times do you really need to explain why kyle went to prison
I hate any video that involves Steve Hofstetter
The treatment is called EMDR, it's a bilateral brain stimulation process. I dont do it, but many colleagues of mine do.
So halfway houses round my way steve are like actual houses with no more than like 20 people but usually liek 10-12
Why cant he get this charge expunged?? It’s only a minor criminal offense
He sent half an ounce of marijuana through the mail. It's not like he's a war criminal but it's still a felony even if it is stupid.
Any felony is a major crime. Even though it’s just weed, unfortunately.

The biggest mistake Kyle made was living in the South. Glad I left.
Idk I love the south. Kyle does too. But he loves weed more so he’s gonna move to Colorado the moment he’s off probation
