Idk why mine always looks so messy when i try to do a chain stitch idk what im doing wrong

You might be leaving too much space between your stitches? Or maybe you’re not keeping the spaces consistent? I find that uneven stitch length can cause variation in how the final thing looks. It takes some getting used to, the more you practice, the better idea you’ll get of how much space to leave!
