Pl advise if arista can be looked upon for a stay… there are rumours that it is on hold & some other prominent builder may take it over & complete the remaining project.
The flat sizes are big & as of now are decently priced.

Can you cover the areas from Greater Noida adjoining to the Yamuna Expressway and Noida Sector 150, as certain commercials in Knowledge Park 2 and residential in Ansal, Greenwoods, Jaypee Greens, Godrej Golf Link, Sun Twilight, Hemispher (Sec 27, Omega, and Phi) do? I can see there are good bunch of schools and Healthcare infrastructure there with superbly maintained green area here and there along the road and off the road. What’s your take?

Botnia is a decent option. Prices of Botnia will not increase much though. Already double ho gaye hai

hello, Sir u said that the builders in 140A will sell complete projects and will take the exit . but in CRC flagship project i am told that crc will keep the management of leasing with themselves(unlockable office) also they will keep some portion with them for leasing. i am also told that a hotel is finalized in one full tower which they will not sell and keep it with them for leasing.

It’s a decent project. Location is good. Construction too at good pace. Only flaw is it’s lil claustrophobic. But overall decent.

Gulshan Vivante is a decent RTM project. Rate/SqFt should be between 8-10.5K/sqft. 2 BHK kam hoga, 3 zyada, 4 BHK ka per sqft aur zyada.
Decent if smbdy wants RTM
Nothing fancy as investment. Price won’t increase much.

It’s a decent RTM project. Price should vary between 7.5K - 10K / sqft. Bigger the size, higher the price. Good to live in immediately. Nothing much left for appreciation.

Can you make videos on Financial status of builders? I wanted to know how if ATS builders can still be trusted - Was looking forward to investing in ATS Destinaire but confused now as I have heard ATS Homekraft projects only will get delivered in time and not ATS greens projects.

Discussion should be project specific. Also you can avoid ATS Greens. Homekraft is ok.
