Really should read the rental agreement in detail. Eviction is tough to get approved on a tenant that pays on time and hasn't been given notice of breaking rules. I don't recall seeing any notices from the management company of breaking rules so they really don't have any grounds to evict you. The courts favor the tenant way more than they do the owner. Also notice is required in writing not from talks or calls from management. They have to show proof you were notified of breaking rules to not allow for lease renewal. Its really ridiculous the amount of shit you can get away with as a tenant lol CA.
