Once the bars come up for loading , you can let go of 2 & 6 to get into the configuration menu. You don't have to continue holding them down...

This does not work on the MS711dn printer. It offers to reset roller kit counter but not the maintenance kit counter.

Hello friend! The 121.33 error means that the Fuser did not reach the required temperature (while page is in fuser). If you can disassemble the fuser, take a look at the thermostat inside. Otherwise you have to contact service center.
