Thanks for this video! I had a paper jam in my M2835DW that wound itself around the fuser roller and melted part of the rubber roller in the fuser assembly . Your video clearly shows how to get the case off and remove the fuser unit. Taking stuff apart these days is the biggest part of the mystery. I was able to remove the fuser unit and a replacement is on the way.
