Very nice. That solo is in my top ten of all time, and you did it justice, and when ya did ya own thing and not note for note copy,it was good stuff especially the lick at 3:45!Thanks, I enjoyed it!
@@chambeet It is phenomenal, “Tornado of Souls” Marty Freidman “ Megadeth” for me is in my Top solos of all time, what do you think? I also like the solos in “Lucretia “ Marty’s and Dave’s.
@@isaiahneilguitaristofficia549 Honestly, I’m less familiar with Megadeth, although just yesterday I was blasting “Tornado of Souls,” which does indeed have an amazing solo. I need to go through Megadeth’s entire catalogue. I don’t know “Lucretia” actually. What album is that on? I have one or two solo Friedman albums actually, but I only know a little bit about metal as a whole. What I’ve heard off Rust in Peace leads me to believe it’s an AWESOME record. I’m actually going through Iron Maiden’s discography now and then I’m gonna do Sabbath after them. Maybe Priest or Megadeth next? It’ll probably be a few months or years, though, since Maiden and Sabbath have pretty extensive careers.
@@chambeet “Lucretia” is off “Rust in Peace” that album is a masterpiece, just listen to it from start to finish. Iron Maiden , are great just when Adrian Left, I became disinterested, then Bruce left and I stopped listening to them until they both came back.Sabbath is fantastic, though for whatever reason, after Ozzy got fired/left I just didn’t continue to listen beyond hearing the “song” Heaven and Hell which is a great song, I need to check out Sabbath With Dio singing with them. I kinda stoped listening to Metal in the 2000’s so I am not up to date on anything in metal past the 1999,2000😂.
@@isaiahneilguitaristofficia549 Yep, I don't really know any metal past really the early-to-mid-1990s honestly. I doubt I'd like it as much, but someday I will give it a listen. Yep, I need to buy Rust in Peace soon. And I recently got the "Black Box," which collects all of Sabbath's 1970/Ozzy-era albums into a nice box set. My friend is telling me their Dio stuff is really good, too, so one day I'll listen to that as well.
Phenomenal clarity on this cover 🤘
Awesome Andrew! im just seeing this one now! man you know Randys style like no other!
