So why can't I pay directly from the cash card at some stores? I tried to at Dunkin donuts and it wouldn't work! Then I tried my debit card and that worked. Is it a store reader issue? What gives?

Does it cost to upload money to the cash card? Like if you get birthday cash and want to keep it separate from your debit card.
