It is located in a canal area in East Berlin, on the banks of the River Spree, in a property that seems to float. The closest possible resemblance to the waters and canals of a typical Dutch landscape is sought.
The project arises, to a large extent, from respecting local regulations.
The volumetric composition is made up of a 27-meter translucent cube located in the center of the property, and an L-shaped plate, as a perimeter wall, that frames the property on two sides.
