"Tonkatsu" (とんかつ): This is a pork cutlet, but the Japanese have improved the manufacturing method and ingredients. The batter is crispy, the meat is juicy and very soft. Even if it's thick, you can easily slice it with chopsticks. This is delicious. 2. "Katsuni" (かつ煮): A dish in which Tonkatsu is simmered with soft eggs, onions, and soup stock. The soup stock is sweet and salty and has a "umami" flavor. This is also delicious.
3. "Katsudon" (かつ丼): A dish with Katsuni on top of rice. Of course it's delicious! Recently, the number of Japanese restaurants has increased all over the world, and you can now eat it even overseas... However, the taste you get at a Tonkatsu restaurant in Japan is more delicious than you can imagine, and it's a blissful moment. ...Let's go to Japan someday! (^_^)/

一昔に比べたら日本も治安が悪くなりましたが、それでも深夜の散歩が容易なのはまだ治安がマシだという事なのでしょうね
私が住んでいる地域と比べると、全体的に日本は比較的安全な国です。
