This exact same things happened to my mothers series 0, took it to Apple and they just gave her a brand new one. Still works well to this day. (This was 2years ago).

I had a similar things with bootlooping especially hard brick phones. I really can't do anything about it. It can't even enter for recovery mode.
I submitted a repair to your website for the issue of boot looping Apple Watch but never heard back.
My iPhone started boot looping recently. I tried to fix it but to no success. I didn’t break anything, but it later got the red screen of death (It’s an ip5s), but it was still fun though. I would have never attempted if it wasn’t for your work and channel!
The same thing happened to my Series 1 a while ago. Replaced the battery and it works. My battery was even worse than that and the screen was popping off.
It’s amazing how small the actual watch is, it’s mostly just battery and cameras etc.

I have an apple watch series 3 I won from a company christmas party back in December 2019. This bootloop thing happened and even if it has full charge, I get the red snake of death like it's got no battery. I also checked the battery health when it turned on after putting it on the charger, and it still got 93% battery health. I'm from the Philippines and repair here is something they ignore or the store usually just suggest to buy a new one.

Did the new battery, fix the issue?
There is a connector for those pins and I have found the usb wire that you can connect to Apple Watch using those connector pins but the tool itself used cost a lot but now it should be more affordable. It os called iBUS and have different versions for different gen watches.

Cause my phones acting wacky after being dropped in a pool, iPhone 13 and it was powered off for a while but sister played games in it and plugged in but didn’t change so let it sit for like 14 hours + and now only one side of the charger cord works any tips?

This happened to my dad's series 3. Apple told us that it is an issue in the 1-3 series. He just got a new free Apple Watch from them so I am still pleased they properly look after customers and not just destroy iy more like Andrioid. (No offense for android users. My dad had an android, something happened to it so he brought it to get it fixed, and then they broke the camera. They then said 'oh just get a new phone' so my dad just switched to apple and so did my family and i do not regret it at all)

Most of the time if you have a warranty they’ll probably give you a new regardless of the damage at no cost especially if it’s boot looping

I have a question
I once had an Apple Watch SE1 that wouldn’t reset its data and would boot loop until dead when I tried, and I needed to reset it since due to a phone upgrade, it was connected to my old phone, which since it had been restored, for all intents and purposes did not exist.
What was the solution? Wait 2 months and try again. For some reason, it then worked. So yeah, I guess that’s a possible solution as well, just wait. Sadly, I had to retire it later because I accidentally had it fall onto concrete, it shattered, and since Apple Watch glass only repairs are nonexistent, I just bought a new one.
If you think about it it’s kinda sad how he can fix things that that makers can’t even fix
