Fantastic video! Well done. We all watch these videos for tips, but most of the time you get a half hour video of someone catching loads of fish with about about 2 minutes showing the rig. This is just tips tips tips and I've learned loads. thank you.
I find it hard to tell what is a proper bite when fishing a running rig be bit a straight bomb or feeder but like you, i love the method mainly because of the bolt effect though you can still get this bolt effect when fishing a fixed bomb or feeder setup...but with the method your bait is right on top or within the feed which can be groundbait or pellets. the method feeder wins hands down.

hey guys, what bait would you recomend when fishing tench?
No, some competitions they're banned for the 1st day but then on the 2nd day of the competition and so on your allowed to use one.
Isn't 'The Method' banned on a lot of commercial waters and competitions these days?
i only use method feeders, and on hard pressed/low stocked carp waters its not effective at all
