I still like Liandry's better than ludens. Liandry's applies to seastone trident's burn as well, extending liandry's doT duration by an additional 4 seconds. But it really is up to preference. I also really like the CDR that Liandry's provides, and it's pretty nasty if you pair it up with Demonic embrace.
Fizz is a burst assassin. You don’t need or want liandry’s. Maybe against a very tanky team but even then. The dot on his W isn’t even strong enough to justify liandry’s and especially demonic embrace that’s just troll.
@@TerraTheWise Fizz wants the mana, the CDR and the %damage that Liandry's gives. Just happens that most of the times the pen from Luden's is better than the %dmg. But you can definitely go for Liandry's if vs a tanky team where you'll need the CDR

yo pekin what about celerity instead of transcendence on lillia? Is it just not as good as ability haste? I ran it a few times and you get so much extra movespeed out of it lol

This is irrelevant, but I'd love to see an Annie vid. She just got a rework on Wild Rift where tibbers can knock enemies up, but it took away the ability to manually target someone with tibbers though (I gotta test this again bc it wouldn't let me), so I just wanna see a regular Annie vid.
