- A judge agreed Wednesday to delay an auction of Graceland, the historic Tennessee home of Elvis Presley, as Presley’s estate fights to prove the foreclosure proceedings are fraudulent. Donte Mills, a national trial attorney, says just because the notary says she never met Lisa Marie Presley, does not mean that Presley’s alleged $3.8 million loan deal is not valid.
