Smoke is more better than neon to me is because you can go through stuff and its stronger and it's easier to get around the city with neon and it's cool colors neon is like a sniper power

Delsin is essentially a power leecher, his conduit power is the ability to leech of of others, so he just leeches a little bit of Abigail 'Fetch' Walkers neon power so he can have it as well. That help?
