Yeah I think she was asking Todd for a lot of things and Todd was helping her at one point but I think it got to the point where she started to feel obligated to have his help when she’s a grown woman and she’s married so he shouldn’t have to provide for her all the time but I think she wanted more than what Tood could physically give her I also think she was kind of jealous of Savannah but has anyone noticed that right around the time Chloe started to be on the show more because they adopted her from his other son in Chloe‘s birth mother that’s when she stopped coming around on the TV show if you ask me I think she might be a little racist because you can even go back to like the first couple of seasons and when she was around Chloe when Chloe was a baby and she brought her side around Chloe she was more standoffish to Chloe and it seemed like she really didn’t want to be there just go back and look a couple of the seasons of the beginning and you guys will see what I’m talking about

She is a strong woman! Sounds to me like her parents were selfish in forcing her to do a show she didn’t want to do to make them a reality star. And if her husband is good to her and a good father...what’s not to be supportive over? He was paying for her college to be able to control her. I’m 34 been with my husband since HS = 17 years & 4 kids. At times my parents thought I was crazy...but I did what made ME happy & I have a beautiful marriage & family to show for it, sounds to me like she did the same for her life. I applaud that!

I’d always see deep bruises on Lindsie’s upper arms. I think he beat her and controlled her. Then she had all that weird, holistic ways to get her son to take a nap and go to bed at night. Very bizarre.
I think she was bullied for not being able to keep up with reality TV the way the rest of the family can. Think about it, people who don’t want to be on a reality show, turn out to be the sane ones....

It’s much deeper than both sides make it seem. These issues now are just surface level of deep rooted issues that stem from having children by different people. Yes things happen but from their story and my experience, the half sibling will always feel like the odd one out when the slightest thing happens. I don’t blame them either because knowing you’re not fully related to a family will cause a fear of bias favoritism. They both need therapy.

As much as I love the show it’s so scripted and without flow. In comparison to other reality shows.
The show didn't seem scripted in my opinion. The only part that I feel they really scripted was for the first few seasons, it would always end with the entire family in their bedroom, but other than that, they seemed so much like a family and everything seemed natural; even when it came to the drama.
As a UA-cam life coach who has worked with many clients over the years. I feel sadness for this woman. A daughter who yearns for her father and is having trouble with the blended family dynamic. Step family situations can be extremely difficult for children way into adulthood if they are not blended in correctly.

Family wise, I'm sure there is a whole lot more to this story being that she is a child of Todd's first marriage. TV wise, her storyline is just boring and feels forced. You can tell her and Julie don't get along. I really don't think there was ever a relationship between her and Chase and Savannah. The storyline with the husband was their attempt to keep her relevant, but you can tell he was not feeling it. And honestly, the husband was more interesting than her and he only said 2 words. I think they're just the type of people who were willing to put on for TV and there's nothing wrong with that

Look I was born, raised, and still live in the south. Asking for a man’s daughter’s hand in marriage is a huge southern Christian tradition or just Christian traditions period. If a man doesn’t have the decency to ask for her hand in marriage then that’s a huge red flag. He’s shown that he has no respect for your parents and don’t plan on having any respect in the future. The fact that Todd finally forgave Will was really big of him.
Also if your father married another woman, you don’t have to see that woman as your mother but you need to have the upmost respect for your father’s choice. I definitely Lindsie is a bit slow and really wants the same attention as her half siblings but is still butt-hurt about her mother. She needs to get over herself.
