The realtor below me I have been watching Atlanta homes for about (4) months thinking about relocating there I love the style of homes there, the rooms are much larger and each bedroom has its own bathroom you get a Great Room, Formal Dinning room plus sets on a basement some finish or half finish also some everything half finish frame work. Mr. Max does a great job showing homes an he is a wonderful man tells you exactly what’s, what the homes are more compact when a bedrooms are only for a double bed in brand new home not so much everyone uses the same bathroom, to say the less the Master Suite looks like a normal bedroom, the bathroom is standard room last thing the closets are very very shallow way too small. But I’m going to keep looking!!!
The ebony cabinets and the white walls are my favorite. Then any accent color pops! But then again I am a white-grey-black fan. Stuffed 🐄, my 1st car was grey and black and white.. 😀. The downstairs is comfie!
Nice home Max! I have a Ryan Home and we had to change the colors of our home outside when we were building because the neighbors next door had the same color, so we had to change. Guess it’s a company policy.
