🌮 BAJA FISH TACO: Dip the sea bass in beer batter & fry. Season with salt & gochugaru. Toast flour tortilla Assemble: Place fish, pickled red cabbage, El Camino ranch dressing, fried shallots & cilantro on tortilla. Serve with roasted tomato salsa roja & Korean chili salsa verde.
🦞 LOBSTER TACO: Mango Avocado Salsa: mix together roasted garlic, avocado, diced red shallots, ripe mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper & gochugaru. Twist the tail of the lobster, removing the shell and cut to expose flesh. Separately, mix butter, roasted garlic and truffle mushroom tapenade to create a butter compound. Spread the butter compound on the lobster tail and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Toast the tortilla. Add the lobster meat to the tortilla and top with Mango Avocado Salsa and Oscietra caviar.

love the comment , but it also makes me sad because a problem we have here in the USA is to many people that are white, eating white food in white restaurants by white cooks who learned to cook from white people in the USA. Then when they see something slightly different, they hate it.

@@TrickiestButOnYT I had a boss who absolutely refused to eat anything that wasn't "American" we went to Singapore on a business trip and he literally would only order burgers. For lunch, on regular days we would pick a restaurant to go to one day a week and no matter where we went he would order the most American thing on the menu (normally burgers) his explanation as to why was not that he had tried these other things and didn't like them, just he didn't like "foreign food". We live in the south and he wouldn't even eat Mexican food that's literally everywhere. it came off to me as just kinda racist.

Watching this show make me realise how much diversity there is with food in vietnam, my parents are from vietnam and whenever we visited vietnam i never found it special when i was younger but now that im older I miss the food and wish i knew how to speak our native language more 😭😭

Bbq nachos are amazing. One might not thing barbecue flavors/sauce with cheese/sauce dont mix but they absolutely do. Same with barbecue spaghetti. The secret there is to make a really tomatoey barbecue sauce and treat it like spaghetti sauce with pulled meat. Amazing
Taco over load looks awesome. OMG nachos over load and definitely melted cheese every time. Burrito over load wow that is awesome. How awesome is the food in this vlog. I would eat everything there then probably sleep for 3 days haha

We live in the Sonoran Desert. Good Mexican food was the thing I would miss most when I used to travel... Nothing better than the spices and the grilled meat and fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro... YUM! Calvin's sea bass taco looked the yummiest. More than the lobster taco. The nachos were fancy, but too soggy. Not mad at the seafood burrito because I've had some pretty amazing seafood burritos but dude the rice??? No matter what Chipotle told you, rice does not go in a burrito. :D Just say no to rice in your burrito..... because burritos are perfectly balanced with rice on the outside of the burrito next to the beans.

How to make any food expensive for no reason 101:
1. Add Lobster
2. Add Truffle
3. Add Caviar

I would somewhat disagree. Those ingredients add some good flavour. But the number 1 additive that makes a dish expensive for very little reason is: Gold flakes; the stupidest use of gold that I have ever seen!
