it's surprising when i first started working on dirt bikes and motorcycles. how much the engines can take and how little repair they take. a ive have done engine flush with atf fluid to save crankshafts on old 2 strokes before and it cleans all the rust off!! and they have never blown up on me from it.
Bro what a great UA-cam channel love watching the videos. I have a 1999 xr100r and I am going to do a full build on it. I like electric and gas bikes. You and Caden and your brother rock🤘please reply to my comment
looks awesome! i wanna see that new clutch on it though. i like gas the most, but if you ever get another pit bike you really should get a klx110 they have a lot of torque stock and i think are the fastest out of yamaha and honda not sure though
I will after a few more oil changes to ensure all the metal shavings are flushed out. I'm curious how much different riding with a manual clutch on a 110 would be. Kawasaki 110 has by far the most aftermarket parts available so you can easily build a KLX110 to be the fastest out of the other brands.
@@CalebEckenrode the HD clutch spring from CJR would help allot it’s only $30 and super easy to install if you wanna run that in the meantime until you get her flushed out good
I'm just going to do a few more oil changes then swap the new clutch over and call it good. I still have to look into how the manual clutch works or what all that contains.
I flushed as much as I could out with water, soap, and brake parts cleaner and it was time to put it back together. Can’t actually start it with diesel as I don’t believe that would be enough lubricant. I had a few jugs of oil laying around so I used them up.
should've split the cases and deep clean, and your bearing will most probably give up soon and seize due to metal shavings. trust me i did the same thing and was to lazy and if it blows it blows but its just better yo split the cases and do it properly .
I agree but this whole build was being dragged on longer than it needed to be for various reasons. I'm confident after a few more oil changes there won't be any metal shavings. If it blows then that will give me an excuse to go bigger and better and get a stroker kit lol.
Bro that is cool you have been working hard on these videos keep up the great work and please shout me out in your next video and my name is Kaleb Davis
That first oil fill I did lol I couldn't tell how much I was pouring in and I also wanted to make sure everything was lubricated since it just got assembled
We aren’t going for top speed because the 110 is plenty fast for how small it is. Just looking to gain power and to be able to haul an adult rider with ease.

There was so many issues along the way but it's finally done now and the bike for sure rips!

Next week video is actually an interesting one🤫
110s all day any day🤘

You need to modify the air box so more air can flow 😂
Not everything makes it to the videos. I drilled 6 fairly big holes and removed the metal screen inside the air box

Great video
You should get it you red pro SS 72 V battery. The top speed is 60+ miles an hour. The range is 50 miles.
Is it just me or do I watch mostly for his son and builds?
1:23 thats why i like carbed bikes
From a working on it point of views Carb is so much easier. I do prefer the zero bog from EFI though
That black plastic part goes over the sensor on the left bottom side of the motor
Man I wish I could afford a CRF 110 pit bike 😢
Hay mate I've only got a TTR50 I'm 8 I can't afford one ether
Get a crf150r to big bore

Yessssirrrrr🔥
my cousin built a klx 110 and made it a klx 143
I bet it rips too
Next bike you get should be a Klx 110l
Not sure if I want to build another 110. I wouldn't mind doing a quad or Surron
I love the vids

Let's see the crf, both ttr tested on a fair mx track or local mx track

9 Oil changes in 10 min is crazy lol
Rip crank barrings 😂
Nah they’ll pull through
Where did u buy your pit bike and how much was it
U need a heavy duty clutch and should do a Manual clutch
I have them both! Just going to do a few more oil changes to make sure all the metal shavings are out so I don’t cook the new clutch plates
BBR for pit bike stuff
Let’s get Kaleb a new mic and my name is Kaleb to
Please race the CRF147 vs the electric dirt bike
Send it
The part goes to the chain sprocket up front
Nah I put that plastic piece on
Plastic piece is for covering the temp sensor
I eventually figured that because I didn't remember the sensor being exposed like that.
How much did the build cost I want to make one but i don’t think u can afford it
Definitely need to throw the tbolt clutch in it, she’s slipping bad too much power
I definitely want to make sure all the metal shavings are out so it doesn’t cook the new upgraded clutch
@@CalebEckenrode the HD clutch spring from CJR would help allot it’s only $30 and super easy to install if you wanna run that in the meantime until you get her flushed out good

@@CalebEckenrode it’s pretty straightforward and simple
i got a Honda crf 132 and it rips
EFI or Carb?
It's insane how much more power my exxo 150cc got than these two.
also diseal fuel will be cheap to flush the engine with it shouldn't hurt anything
I flushed as much as I could out with water, soap, and brake parts cleaner and it was time to put it back together. Can’t actually start it with diesel as I don’t believe that would be enough lubricant. I had a few jugs of oil laying around so I used them up.

I want to get my e dirt bike what do you recommend
Electric is pretty sweet. The Rawrr bikes are a good option but if you are looking at doing custom mods then i'd go with Surron or Talaria
I want to build my 110 too
It's for sure worth it
That part is just a cover for the old throttle body
What’s the compression ratio
Not real sure actually
Let Caden test ride the CRF147 lol
Should ave stripped the cases then bore it out flush the cases before reassembly you would have ben good to go
and tell Caden I said hi
Cool video. but sounds like your cam chain seriously needs to be tightened
I thought I heard some rattle but I don't think the timing chain is loose considering I did everything correctly with assembly.
@@CalebEckenrode check your valves and make sure they’re in spec because something’s sound bad.
Adjust them valves
They are perfectly in spec
Get a klx140L
The mantis x is probly as fast as a 85
Way more usable power curve though
I don't get how people are just noticing how much power a electric motor can be
I’ve known just never experienced it on a dirt bike
So the reason it’s smoking and acting weird is because you have to treat it like a new motor and change the oil there will be metal shavings in it

So come on back to me when you can sir are you talking about returning your boat? It’s not listed for 5 1/2 hours.
Can you add a cluch pls. And also you just put a new engine your ment to go slow to let the engine run in to the bike
You need a bigger carb
It's fuel injected and it's a 26mm throttle body which is alot bigger than stock
The crf147 is pretty crispy with the EFI system and flashed ECU. It rules!! #CARBED_BIKES_SUCK
My clutch keeps slipping so I don't think I'm feeling all the power. Going to do a few more oil changes then install my HD clutch.
