Andy, picking your brains here. I’m gonna do these sat with my bike. I know you went sgurr na Sische 1st, I’ll do it the other way. Question …. Looking at walkhighlands route you seem to come thru a Forrest for a fair bit. I never saw that in your vid. Did you go up the Glendessarry lodge road missing out the Forrest and come back the same way. And where would you leave the bike.? Hope you can help Andy.🙏
Hey Frank you will cycle as far as the road will take you until there is a cottage straight in front of you.On the Walkhighlands map it is right where it says "Upper Glendessary" There is a style on the right about 50 ft before the cottage and lock ur bike here.U will be going over the style and following a grassy track that goes above the cottage and parallel and follow it.You will cross the river and a small cairn on the right will mark ur ascent to the 1st Munro.I at this point went straight on to go to Sgurr na ciche.This track just hugs the top of the forrest without going into it.So if u do Sgurr na Ciche last,instead of going into the forrest as the route shows,u can take the left path which will bring u to the cairn u started ur 1st ascent and retrace u back to the cottage for ur bike.Hope this helps😀👍

Terrific video again Andy, drone footage superb again. Was just down the loch from you the day before. Beasties were a nightmare. Couldn’t really stop because of the wee f****ers. Fairly ticking them off now Andy. You’ll have a high mileage car very soon.🤣🤣🏔👍🏴
Thanks Frank,great day weather wise for inversion but was tough with the heat and the beasties even on the summits.Quite a tough day out and done them this way incase i had the energy to go on for Sgurr Mor..... i was totally fecked going up the 3rd so no danger,lol 🤣👍

I'm surprised too Marie,lol. Would have been handy but I wasn't expecting the track to be as good as it was.Was meant to be going to someone's compleation that day but the trains were on strike for a trip to Corrour Station.So this was a rushed plan the night before.😀👍
This looks a good one Andy. Lots of peaks in area poking above the clouds. Was that the circle quick shot on drone? Not sure I could get my circle quick shot to work with the subject so far away? Great drone footage. Heading up that way next month. You must be closing in on 282 now !
Thanks Andrew,was a cracking day out.Tough walk all the same.I don't use the DJI Fly app anymore.I use an app called Litchi which enables your drone to do more stuff and also change the homepoint if you were walking with the drone and didn't want to stay in the one position.Plenty UA-cam vids on it.😃👍
Loved the Bruce Forsyth pose Andy. I did one on Dùn Caan on Raasay. Maybe it should be standard with every summit photo. 🤔😂👍 What route did you do on this walk?

I chose to do the route listed in Walkhighlands website for this in reverse.Reason for this was if i had enough energy left i was going to go on and do Sgurr Mor but i found the hike up the 3rd a struggle so sacked that idea.An awesome day out but hard going at times and blessed to have an inversion.😀👍
Got really lucky again Richard.This was a plan B as i was meant to be getting a train into Corrour for someones compleation on Beinn Na Lap,but Scotrail were on strike.😀

Thanks Stevie.Conditions were spot on albeit a bit on the hot side.Plenty bits up top for u and Gracie for a summit camp.Found these 3 quite tough.
