    I have one of these. The biggest advantage over other guns is the quietness. Many of my clients did not like the massage guns on them because they were so noisy and were like fingernails down a chalk board to them. They do not object when I use this Hydragun however because it does not jolt them out of relaxation and of course the benefits of using a massage gun on large muscle groups are many. The Hydragun now comes with a 7th head that is a curved 2 3/4 by 1 1/4 inch. It distributes the force over a much broader area and is better in my opinion than the cushion heads.

    Good job with the review of the massage gun Chris. I've recently bought my 1st massage gun (Renpho) & it's remarkable how similar they look, even down to the heads. I know what you mean with trying to work an area that's bony, that softer head would be useful 👍🏃

      Thank you Martin. Yes, there are ceratinly a lot of different ones available and the concept that they are trying to fulfil is similar however, the materials used and the technical capabilities do differ. I could tell straight away that this one fitted in the premium catagory of massage guns.

    Nice review Chris. These guns seem to be the in thing just now, and that looks a good one.

      Thanks :) I've tested a few now and this one is certainly up there in terms of quality. They are a great tool for runners, especially at the moment where it's not possible to get a sports massage.

    Would you recommend this over the theragun?

    What’s your opinion on the Theragun Pro G4? I ordered it yesterday because of the power (16mm amp and up to 60lbs force) and the multi handle positions with rotating arm and watching this clip that I may return if I don’t like it. I have a huge mix of clientele from an average person to athletes/bodybuilders as I am a recent Osteopath graduate. That product looks amazing but I’d like your insight on the comparison and recommendation for my situation.

    Thanks for the review Chris! I really need to get myself a massage gun but other things always get bought instead. I need to save my pennies I think. 🤣

      Thanks Ben. Definitely save up those pennies. IMO a massage gun should be something that every runner uses as part of their recovery. It's really helped me to recover faster and stay injury free. This one is the best quality one that I've tested so far.

    I'm still using the Recover Fun one. Would you say there is a big difference between them in terms of performance?

    • @HereWeAreRunning
      @HereWeAreRunning  3 роки тому +1

      Not massive differences Mark. But you can tell that the Hydragun uses better quality materials, has a better grip, better quality heads and is quieter.
