You've got enough eggs to make banana custard. Use egg yolks only and, for each egg yolk: 1 egg yoolk, 1/2 cup milk, 1Tbs or less of sugar, 1 Tbs or less of corn starch, 1/4 teas real vanilla. To make banana custard, fold in firmer sliced bananas while the egg custardnis still hot from the stove. To make banana cream pie: use a Graham cracker pie shell, make a 4 or 6 egg yolk custard, scatter sliced bananas across the bottom of the pie crust, alternate sliced bananas and egg custard.

And all those vegetables as well I'm glad to see you rescue them . In uk stores reduce food that is short dated ever day . But you got to think about all this so bad for the environment.
That food is a fine in dumpsters I hope they don't eat the food in the dumpster it's not good it can make them sick but I bet they will donate all that food for the food pantry they know how long the food's been in that dumpster from the grocery stores

You can freeze eggs! Put 1 in each slot of an ice cube tray, freeze then portion them into ziplock bags!!
