This sermon was preached by the late Dr. Ruckman at the former Bad Attitude Baptist Blowout at FFBC in Rochester, NY. This sermon was preached on Sunday Morning 8/5/1984.
Amen! God's word preached in God's will is always relevant and a present truth in times so much deception. Appreciate the watch, comment, and the subscription.

Yes.Thank God for sharing this ŵonderfuly contrary, truthful whether you wanna hear it or not, brilliant, well versed as anybody I've ever seen man of god. He's one hell of a soldier and they are very few and far between!!
I've heard a different version of this message before & it's one of my favorites of Doc's! This is fantastic Pastor Smith, thank you for posting😎💕. Sins of the saints is such an important message. I could go down the rabbit hole of Doc's messages all day but unfortunately I have to work too lol😔. I will listen to this on the down low tho lol🤫. So glad I subscribed to your channel, God bless you 🙏
Praise the Lord! I'm sure he has preached this sermon on other occasions, so hopefully he mixed it up based on the Spirit in the meeting. I have a tape to load called "Behold the Man". This sermon is all over UA-cam and FB, but I am hoping it will be a little different than those others. God bless you on the job.
I'm definitely an independent Baptist! I do curse when I loose my temper, heck I'll still fist fight too! But I believe in Jesus Christ & everything scripture says he did! As a matter of fact the only thing better than fighting & drag racing (domestic only) is Jesus Christ!
@@russhall187 I'm more like Jonah than Peter! It's all fun until the fun police get involved! Those LS 2, lq4 & lq9 ain't bad! I've got a 2013 ram express regular cab with a 5.7 & 6 speed, if you were close we could try them out!
Regarding Doc speaking on how God gives us a new name once we're saved, I often think about what my new name will be in heaven, I like to ponder these things 🤔. Although we can't know yet, I tend to believe we may be speaking Hebrew in heaven. I'm curious what others think. It's interesting to think about these things for sure 😎
I've always thought English because of the KJV, but that's just an Englishman's perspective. James is the English for Jacob. It would be interesting to know the Hebrew version of our names, but also the English version of Hebrew names. Joshua is Jesus in the N.T.
@@LBBC1611 You have a very good theory there. It just might be English based upon how highly God values His King James Bible. I know about Joshua being Jesus in the N.T., I wish more people knew that kind of stuff too bc they would see how the King James Bible (only) is such a supernatural book, they'd see no man could have written it and it must have been written by God. I actually hope we do speak English in heaven, coming from an Englishwoman's perspective too, I'm biased about it lol. But as long as I'm with Jesus I don't care what I'll speak lol. I'm sure the new names He chooses for us are perfect too.
I havent listened to this one yet but i remember on 1 vid Doc made the comment about the book in the Bible with all the names and it being possible our new names are listed there and wouldnt it be kinda funny if the great godly scholars edited there own names out of the Book ! " Thats something to think about right there
@@russhall187 Yes! I thought of that too. It always stuck with me. I believe Doc was referring to esp the names in 1 Chronicles. Dumb "scholars" messing with that Book may be erasing their names out he said haha😛
Read these passages many times - NEVER got the LIGHT that I got from 40yrs ago listening in 2024!!!!
Amen! I’m right there with ya. 🙌📖
The greatest Bible teacher that ever lived!
Amen!
Ruckman was on fire in this message! Right on the money. Still relevant to this day.
