I'm so glad I didn't get rid of my polymer clay stuff from years ago. I have some leftover pc faces that I think will be great in a piece of slow stitching too. Great video. Thanks!!

My favorite was the butterfly for the pouch as well. I think because it's so simple and plain compared to the pouch. Thanks for sharing your creations and wonderful ideas.

Cute buttons💙
Thank you! 🤗
Rachel I use Delight Air Dry Compound. It doesn't have to be baked. I immediately while you were explaining on the video made six buttons. Thanks so much.
Does it dry super hard like Fimo?
Yes, it does dry solid. I especially think if you put on the varnish it will make them even stronger.@@roxycreations679
nice 👍😊 stamps 😁
Thank you 😁
Love these! I'm going to give it a try!
Thank you 🤩
Love this, you could turn them over and stamp them again before you bake them if the first ink it wasn’t strong enough . ❤️🇨🇦
Thank you 🤩
I just loved this Rachel, thank you for sharing. I have to go and get some Fimo now and give it a try!
Thanks so much! 😊
Loved this I have worked with Femo did not know it existed in soft .
Thank you 🤩
Rachel, they are so unique-I love-love them. I am a button fanatic, I have a little suitcase filled with buttons my Mom collected during her lifetime. Yours are gorgeous. What a fun way to do a closure. Have a blessed day 🌈💚🙏💚🌈
Thank you
You could turn the button over and re stamp on the back. No one would see it if it’s sewn down. Awesome tutorial! ❤
Rachel, I am always amazed the projects you share with us, I just love everything, it's fun thank you. :)
Thank you so much!
Love the buttons!! The pouch you made is gorgeous. Thank you Rachel and take care.😘

Thank you 🤩
Butterfly button.... excellent choice ❤ I can see why this would be addictive!!
Thank you! 🤗
These are amazing! I love the effect of the inked stamps on them. Also, I couldn’t stop staring at your metal button box the entire time. 😍

How exciting to make your own buttons, I’m looking forward to trying this !!! Thanks so much 🪡🧵♥️
Thank you 🤩
What fun, will have to make some buttons now. Your buttons are lovely and so is your pouch! As always, I enjoy your videos so much!
Thanks so much 😊
What a great finish ❤❤❤
Oooh I love your buttons! Thank you so much for sharing that with us
Thank you 🤩
Love these, Rachael! As a collector of cookie cutters, I happen to have a variety of these smaller ones and now have a new use for them. Can hardly wait to try it! Thank you for all of the inspiration you share with us. ❤❤❤
Thank you 🤩
Never thought about stamping the clay before baking. I like to mix metallic clay and non metallic clay- being careful not to make a mud color and shape birds out of it. I don’t like the thought of the fumes in my oven- so I baked them in a toaster oven that I use only for baking clay. Please keep in mind whatsoever you use to make your shapes- is no longer food safe.
Yes of I don’t bake lol. Thanks so much
Wow wow Rachel it is a fantastic idea and you make it look so easy. Love it. Tfs.
Thanks so much! 😊
I made fimo buttons years ago when I needed green button shamrocks but could not find any at our fabric store. It is really fun. Yours came out so cute
Thank you so much!
Such a great idea! Love your buttons Rachel❣️
Thanks so much! 😊
What a wonderful idea Rachel! Its an awesome technique ❤ ty for sharing
Thanks so much! 😊
First , love it! Can't wait to finish mine.
Thank you so much!
Absolutely love these Rach. So pretty. I’m nearly finished the embellishment on my pouch. 🧵🪡I am going to try to make my own buttons as well. Woohoo 🙌🏻.
Wonderful! Thank you 🤩
So cute ❤️ I can’t wait to make some 😊 Thank you Rachel 💕
Thank you 🤩
Omgosh these are beautiful! I have not seen these before but would love to do this❤
Thank you! 😊
Ohh,something to try for sure! Your homemade buttons are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing this ❤
Thank you! 😊
Fun buttons! You can also make a home made polymer clay using bicarb and corn starch which I use to make Christmas decorations 🤗
Thank you so much!
Super cute. I’m going to try this. Love the pomegranate one. I decided to use one of the buttons I made. Thanks for the inspiration. ❤❤❤
Have fun! Thank you so much ☺️
Well, now I know what I’m going to do! Love this. Guess my plan for today is go clay shopping after I find my old clay tools. I tried this before, but many of them broke 😢. Maybe I wasn’t making them thick enough.
Painting them - what type of paint?
Have fun! Thank you 🤩
The buttons are gorgeous. But how are we going to use the button to make a closure? Hugs ❤
You’ll see next week
How are you going to make the loop for the button? I have made FIMO buttons and necklaces.... lots of fun. This is a nice idea. Jackie
You’ll see next week when I put it together.
Hello I'm new to your channel nice to meet you
Welcome!! Thank you so much!
Rachel, love these buttons. I have made beads and buttons with combining different colors of FIMO. Never thought of using stamps. Is the ink permanent or does it not matter? Love your pouch. ❤️😘🤗💕
Yes I think so as I varnished it. Thank you so much!
These are fantastic, unfortunately my hands are too weak to be able to make them.
Some people have been using an air clay maybe that's a little softer. Thank you so much!
@@roxycreations679 I'll have to give that a try because I would love to make some too!
Hello, could you recommend a slow stitch thread?
Perle or stranded cottons are good
Love these butttons!! I have made a few and am finding them addictive! I cannot find the Fimo varnish. Is it necessary to use that brand? I have other varnishes but am not sure they will work for clay.
Thank you! 🤗
I have a lot of air dry clay will that work to
So long as it dries super hard
What’s the varnish ?
It’s a semi gloss fimo brand varnish
Ty for answering ❤️
