    Ingredients
    Eggs 5
    Onions 3
    Tomatoes 3
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Green chilli 3
    Cinnamon 1 inch piece
    Clove 2
    Cardamom 2
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    Chilli powder 2 tsp
    Coriander powder 2 tsp
    Garam masala 1 tsp
    Oil
    Salt
    Method
    1. Boil the eggs and peel the shells
    2. Heat a saucepan and add oil
    3. Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and mix well
    4. Add the boiled and peeled eggs and roast them
    5. Keep the roasted eggs aside
    6. In a kadai, add oil and add the whole spices and roast them
    7. Add onions, green chillies and saute them
    8. Add ginger garlic paste and saute along
    9. Add tomatoes and saute them
    10. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute till the tomatoes turn soft and the raw smell goes
    11. Add enough water and mix well
    12. Add salt, garam masala and mix well
    13. Add the roasted eggs and close and cook the gravy
    14. The egg gravy is ready to be served
    15. Serve it along with rice or chapati
