Thank you so much for this video It helped me replace the hose Oh boy once I started I thought maybe I should have taken it to the repair man ( my beautiful late husband would have done this for me ) But no I stopped and started the video at each step and got it done So please I had no screws left over So proud I got it done and it works Thank you Kim Australia
I am NOT handy...but your great video made me pretty confident that I can replace my hose. Thanks! I also followed the link and ordered the part. It shipped same day and is on its way to me. Thanks for including all of the info!
We are glad the video helped! Be sure to use the review card to leave us a review when you get the hose! Our shipping dept. gets a bonus for reviews they get for their fast shipping!
Thanks for the tear down and replacement. I had the other style spot clean and recently replaced the unit a few weeks ago. Knowing the longevity of these hoses, I wanted to get a spare and have an understanding of how this one comes apart. Also appreciate the part number. Cheers!
I will eventually do a video on your model as well once we get one in for repair. The concept is the same but they are very different machines so the step by step tear down is sure different.
Thank you for your video! The suggestion for using a hair dryer for the black hose once the clamps have been shifted worked. No one else covered that appreciate the details.
Worked perfectly. Though my spray connection did not have a “T”, just a straight connector. I just removed the “T” on new hose and connected tube with clamp to straight connector on unit. Bunch of screws, but worth it. I was ready to junk it. Fixed in 20 minutes and about $30.
@@vacuumsrus Hello. I also don't have a T. But in the process of disconnecting the plastic connector from the tube that goes to the pump, the black tube ruptured. Have any suggestions for repairing/mending/replacing the tube? Thanks

It was the same with my model and I came up with the same solution as you, just reuse the straight connector. Other than that, everything in the video was exactly what I needed to do to fix my machine. Thanks @Vacuums R Us !
This was incredibly helpful. I thought that hose piece was a monolithic piece of plastic and couldn't figure for the life of me what was holding it onto the unit with everything else loose. The sticker seems kinda obvious now. Thanks!
Hi, great video tutorial. I did not quite get the part towards the end on how to check for spray? can you please advise what to check or pinch? thank you
Not likely. The split is normally visible. There is a sharp bend inside the unit which can get clogged with hair. Not a bad idea to open it and check for a clog there
Mine does not have a T, just a single straight connector. For the life of me I cannot get the tubes to separate. I tried a hair dryer and I think it caused a vacuum effect because the clear tube on the other side and sucked in and crinkled up ☹️ all I wanted to do was clean the nasty hose and I think I ruined it 🥴
My cleaner only has one connection from the hose instead of two. I obviously bought the wrong replacement hose. Model #3624 Bissell Spotclean Pro. Any suggestions?
That is the correct hose. Simply remove the T connection and plug the hose directly in to your straight connector. This is covered around minute 5 of the video.
Came to see it put back together so thanks I was still watching to the end 😅
Thanks for this! I also have a straight connection and not a T, but I just took the T off the replacement and everything fit together perfectly.
Glad to hear!

Same here. Just removed the T connector and connected successfully. Great video which really helped me keep my spot cleaner running. @@sevenfooter6856

I had the same situation; I replaced the hose but no spray
To clean the hose instead of replacing it, would doing this work as well? And then just clamping it back on?
Mine doesn’t have any suction, what’s the chances it’s the hose that is split? Would like to know before I order. Great video btw!

Let me know if you figure it out. Mine is also a single straight connector.
What if the current hose on mine only has one tube at the split instead of two and the one I ordered has two. Will it still work with the extra split?

Ive replaced my hose but no suction any advice?
How come theres no videos of the little green
Hey is there a longer hose that can be use
At the moment there is not unfortunately. Its possible some aftermarket manufactures may sell one but not any that we have seen.
😊
