Nice rig…I used to carry everything too but as I got more experienced I could assess the tree and determine what I need and carry just that. I just simply hate having a bunch of stuff on my harness. But to each his own and your rig is as streamlined awesome.
Nice. I use an adjustable Footlocking prusik for a secondary lanyard, or redirects. Can be choked off or used in a basket co figuration. Nice set up though!
Neat stuff. You probably won't need half of that for the pine. I really like your compact flipline. I have one of those bridge adjusters floating around. How long is the Veritas?
It's about 6/7'... No, I didn't need much in those cooks. Handsaw and flip line all the way to taking the tops, the bucked them down with a 201, and felled the stems with a 361.
@@TreeCutterDouglike to know about the screws on those d rings it has kept from getting one sequoia..but realy like design and sizes otherwise ..just afraid of those screws on d rings ..if they sold one with 2 bridges installed so I didn't have to mess with screws be perfect.any one had issues ??????😮
Thanks for sharing, it gives me new ideas/uses for the harness and kit I use. ✌️

Love the view of your setup!
I remember when your set up was minimalist. This is wild.
