Would it be possible to stack: Powlers claw, horizon focus and first strike.
That is 15% +10% +10% damage amp.
However I'm not sure what champion could actually make some sort of use of it.
Only thing I could think of so far it Tryndamere spin, it has an 80% AP scaling, but deals physical damage. He could use the prawlers somewhat as well. But he would need to build Rylai's to proc the horizon focus amp.
But I'm sure you're genius can come up with something better.
