    Nice flight!
How do you like this P380? Any issues with durability (generall, not crashes)? Can one-way bearing take any pounding and have a long life? Any of the belts slipping on hard load? What motor and how cool/hot it runs? Midi or micro size tail servo (and which brand)? Planing on getting myself one in near future, and would like to get your opinion.

I LOVE the Protos 380. No durability issues whatsoever. Just beat crap out of it and watch it just survive. Have never had the tail belt slip and always pulls through the most tail stressed maneuvers. I'm running 4.47:1 for the tail. The stock 3215 XL power motor with timing at 15° on the HW ESC she is warm the touch but not hot. I'm running a micro hv93i mks tail servo, gives good authority and keeps weight down. I use a 1400mah pack and CG levels out good. One thing i would tell you that you must do is cut the small (braces) below each aileron servo horn on the frame. When using the correct millimeter ball distance on the servo horn listed in the manual, you will get binding and not be able to hit a decent cyclic° Took me a few minutes with a file. This will not affect the helicopters durability and this section will still be connected from one of the main bearing blocks. In fact the old v1 frame didn't have braces there. It's only on the v2 frame. The only other option is running a smaller distance for the ball on the servo horn but I wanted to keep the right geometry the manual calls for.
