Yeah those are the 70s fast reverse guns. Nelson no longer makes these unfourtanetly. But I do have a chance to pick up a old Rainbird rain gun 205G that’s fast reverse from a valley dealer. Cheap too
It better be one heavy cart. It actually might be a quick couple. It requires around 1300 gallons per minute flow @ 150 psi. Cart not heavy enough will flip over so easy.
@@NelsonBigGunP200Fan someone in our family I know has a Rain Bird 100b with a back end nozzle with the large hole ,haven't seen it for a few years though
@@cheath8705 i believe thats the max of the gun, with the biggest nozzle, you need one hell of a pump to push it at that capacity. These have enough force to snap pipes! if the brake isnt set tight to alieve all that stress from the reverse cycle. I ran my 150 and 103 with no brake tension and they snap back so fast without it set right. I know of someone who has a 3000 gpm pump thats high pressure, was set up to get a gun array of SR150s, multiple of them, 50 i think. And it can run 8 at a time. Imagine a lone P200 with that kind of power, without the brake set right i believe it would destroy itself with that kind of water coming to it.
I'm sorry I can't. It's not mine. And you can't buy the P200s new anymore. They've been replaced by the nelson SR200 which is slow reverse. You can pick one up by finding a nelson dealer near you. Also the price of a nelson SR200 is 3000$ new.
Dunno. This isn’t my property nor is it my gun (I wish). This has a pretty good sized ag pump running this 200 series vintage big gun. These are capable of pushing out 1250 gpm depending on nozzle size.
This brand of nelson big gun is no longer made anymore. The fast reverse type of gun made in the 70s was replaced by nelson's SR version that goes 1 speed both directions, if you were to find one of these on a traveler for sale, you're looking at probably 6,000$ to 8,000$ for both. Sometimes people ask about 1000$ just for the gun itself. These are very vintage and the fast reverse design is problematic because they have so much force in reverse that they end up putting stress on whatever there mounted on from the gun's kinetic energy. These guns can actually hurt you pretty bad if they hit you during their reverse cycle. Also going 1 speed both directions puts more water down and saves money.
These guns aren't made anymore. The closest thing you can get new of this size is a SR200 for part circle or a F200 for full circle. The SR200 is 4000$ new. I'd say the F200 is probably close to that. The old fast reverse guns are a thing of the past and cannot be bought anymore unless u buy used or broken
Muy bueno, muy bueno.
That is quite the return on that big gun.

I'm surprised it didn't knock over that cart! This is great footage of one of these, I've always wanted one but they are way to expensive for me :(
The brake is not set right so it puts a lot of stress on the cart during reveree
