I’ve owned the Momentum 2 earbuds for a week. So far no glitches. Sound is fantastic. ACN is amazing. Beats the AirPod Pros ANC function, which is pretty darn good. Comfortable in my ears, too. My only wish is that the case was wireless charging enabled.

When i bought these sennys two months ago, they made my ears hurt if i used them longer than 30min, but about in a week my ears got used to them. I can do nothing but recommend these sennys for everyone, great music experiences!
willy vlyminck just sent Sony back due to fitment issues and had similar questions about momentum about the size etc but they fits like a glove do not worry about it ! Also sounds way better than the Sony wf! Worth every single penny

Hi guys, I have just bought the true wireless 2 version of these earbuds and I must say that the sound quality is sublime, however, I do struggle to maintain the perfect seal within my ear canal which affects the sound quality and the feeling of security. I have tried all the adapters and found the most suitable for my ears. I find that it is starting to get a little uncomfortable with the necessary adjustments that I find myself needing to do to keep an airtight seal. Is there any other adapters or alternatives that you could advise me to help me. Thank you, Wayne.
Once paired to the phone for the first time, are they supposed to pair automatically after placing in ears or do the touchpads have to be held every time to repair? The one thing I loved about the Samsung ear buds were direct pairing when removing from the case.

I bought mine a week ago, charging case keeps turning off and I need to reawaken it by plugging in it into an USB charging source, even if it still have battery... even worse, when it's at this state, it simply does not recharge the earbuds...any insight on this? How can you find out if your true wireless are configured correct? I received mine yesterday ans they sound really poor and I don't know if the configuratiom is bad or if they are brocken? I can't hear any base and the Sound is coming out of them like it's a can?
I got disappointed this afternoon when the left and right audio started fading in respective directions if I moved to sudden. Moments later the left side is not keeping audio unless I hold it in a lucky position for a short moment but it will cut out. Amazing to have this issue one or two weeks into it. No warning signs of this coming but I’m down on Sennheiser for putting me through this. It is a useful technology but the components just doesn’t appear ready for this as advertised yet. Needless to say I can’t trust a reputation that appears to sell halfway efficient merchandise. I’d much rather wait for when it is ready than be treated like I’m stupid enough to accept anything.

I have bought so many Sennheiser products, and while the sound on these is great. The batter drains so quickly while it's in the case and there doesn't seem to be a fix I'm aware of. Not sure how they allowed these to market like this.
Hi, I ve read someone there that said ...if you leave the charging cable hanging from the case ( doesn't need to be plugged to any power source) the sensor of proximity and pairing are off and that stop draining your earbuds battery.

There is another fix where you can turn hard power off the case, then turn them off with the app, only issue is you can't turn them back on without a cable then. I guess when I wrote this my thoughts were, that the product wasn't fit for purpose. I still use mine, but it's rather annoying and I'll probably use something else for my next pair.
Can we get a setting on the app to enable the case to charge or not to charge when we put buds in case. That will kill battery over time. I don’t wanna charge a 80% battery ???? You will waist the life of the battery . Allow us to press the button on the case to allow charge. For now I lay my buds on top of the case . Only put them in the case when have too. Pleas fix this .
If we use the earphones and when we decide to stop listening, the earphones are still half-charged. Do we insert them back into the charger or leave them outside the charger? Also, do you have another optional accessory to replace the silicon ear pads as I am allergic to silicon for prolonged wearing?
Is there a way to show the battery percentage of each Individual earbud? When I get into the app, it only shows 1 percentage and does not specify if it's right or left. Also, earlier today it showed battery was 20% and when its said "powering off" the left ear bud turned off and then the app changed the battery life to 70% assuming it was for the right ear.

Beyond frustrating to have constant issues with the left earbud failing in my MTW 2 set. It started with no sound, sync issues, connection issues, low and fading volume and now, it just wont charge. And yes - I have done everything recommended for trouble shooting. These have been very well looked after and is not a user issue, but a product issue. App is always up to date, which pairs fine with the right - only because it turns on. The case is fine (nothing short of out of the box new cared for) but seems to think the left bud is half charged with an amber light even though the earbud itself has no lights at all. I literally now have half of what I paid for and not impressed. This is an ongoing issue with past and recent versions of MTW. The full ear headphones are by far in a category of their own - sublime is an understatement. I was looking forward to having the buds as a more of a complimentary addition to my gear that I could use recreationally. Incredibly disappointing to say the least. I've been a long time fan of this company, and I do expect more from a brand that has a long standing reputation of quality and craftsmanship.
If you look past the connectivity issues, left earbud completely dying, and the battery life being terrible, these are great earbuds. I’m sure version 3 is pretty good. But man, it was painful being an early adopter of this version. I finally bought some studio beats earbuds, much better user experience compared to these earbuds. But the sound quality is much better with the sennheiser
Version 3 still has these problems, I returned once, got a new pair had the same left side disconnect and was forever stuck in a sync loop. The audio drivers and sound quality is awesome but the connectively and case contact design is so poor that I ended up having to go with a different brand.
I purchased these earbuds recently in the aiport of Munich. I have tried on several phones but no succes so far. The green light indicates it has been fully charged but i cannot get the earbuds to turn on and pair. Please help
I just received mine and fully charged. When I remove from the base only the right earbud activates with the led. The left one doesn't light up or have sound or respond to touch pad. What do I need to do.
They come with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, but no charging plug. Is there any restrictions on what USB-A that I can plug it into? Can I plug it into any fast charger?

Sennheiser need to change the way they MTW "work"! The case discharge without no reason, if it is empty you take out the earbuds and put on the case and if you start playing they will play since they still connected to the phone, what a proximity sensor? it wasn't better a sensor that detects that they are in place, like AirPods, Powerbeats pro, Sony? (being different doesn't mean being better)...the way they connect to the phone (there's the master and the "slave" unfortunately not both connected to the phone yet like Powerbeats or AirPods or Sony WF1000XM3) but the sound stage, sound signature is really good and seams to be better than Sony (My main reason for buying them... to listen music, for being in love about the sound I listen, for the details in the music, the sound separation...They could be better? maybe.... after testing Powerbeats Pro, AirPods, Sony MW-1000XM3, Master & Dynamics MW07... Sennheiser MTW has the best sound for me, I love them!) But, there's a But...I exchange 3 times the earbuds in the firsts 15 days of use because a sound I heard when listen music on the left earbud! with the last one, after a while... stoped working... I received them a week or two from repair, and I sent them back again to repair today... yesterday the left earbud stoped... and today the case the red led was blinking, and the right earbud also stoped working... Now I just wait. Let's hope that all the problems are gone when I receive them back.

Sennheiser Hi! I never arrived til 7days battery! Almost every day I put them charging! Some times I took them from the charge and after 1h with out using them and they had not battery! Seams that they didn't charged anything! The sound on the left earbud...that happens time to time...and I am not the only one complaining about it... Quick connection? I prefer that they take some seconds to connect that draining battery without any reason to... But it is true...the sound is superb. Hope that Sennhiser launch a new pair soon without this big flaws...

The box gives the signal that it is charging... the earbuds... don't do anything... shows only the LED red... but nothing more!!! Another 15days and this is the third time that I will send them to repair!
@@sennheiser "still last 7 days". You say this as if it's acceptable or even good. I don't use my headphones every day. I might pick them up twice a week and 1 out of 2 times they're completely dead. Not only this, as multiple people have stated, when the case dies, the buds turn on and connect to the last device if in range, which steals audio and drains them even faster. This is a major flaw for a pair of ear buds at any price, and for $300 US it's completely outrageous. It should be clearly advertised as having a 7 day "standby time" unlike every other pair out there. Anyone who doesn't use these daily will feel scammed, as I do.
@@sennheiser come on man, my b&o e8 2.0 has a huge latency issue and bad instrument separation, but at least their case doesn't discharge that quickly.
I've had two sets that had this issue out of nowhere. No drops or anything. Apparently it's a known factory defect. Pretty ridiculous when you consider the price. I'm going to go with Sony next time too.
I can pair these to my phone and listen to music just fine, but the app can't find the buds even though they're already paired meaning I can't adjust the equalizer AND change the voice assistant. I even tried re-installing the app, restarting my phone, unpairing the headphone, and trying to pair only through the app -- I'm sorry Sennheiser but I'm probably switching to the Buds+ or Sony WF-1000XM3's even though the sound is superb.

Make sure your bluetooth is turned on the cellphone you are trying to pair with. You can also push and hold on your cells bluetooth and see if momentum pops up

When the earbuds are connected to a Bluetooth source but not in use (i.e. no music streaming, phone calls nor voice assistant interactions), they will switch off automatically after 60 minutes. When the earbuds are disconnected from a Bluetooth source, they will switch off automatically after 15 minutes. We hope this helps! :)
I got a momentum 1 if I am not wrong. The pairing is impossible and the battery life is bad and that's why my wife stopped using her momentum. I found them and decided to pair it with my Google pixel 7 pro. The same issue. It's not pairing. Please help.

All phone quality music is compressed 18-bit audio. Except, If you want the highest quality on your phone download Tidal app and use HiFi or Master quality music. If you have a wired headset and an auxillary port use a DAC & Amp to into the auxillary. With wireless earPhones the best quality you will get will be the Tidal app at 32-bit 396hz music
Unfortunately, cannot find "Smart Control" app in google play, therefore cannot adjust transparent hearing :( ...., after some google research this app is available fro Android "7.0 or higher".

Why can't I listen to music from with one earpiece? It only works with the right earpiece and as soon as I put that back into the charging case it shuts off the left earpiece as well. 👎is there a way to listen to music from the left earpiece whilst the right earpiece is charging?

I finally bought them. But I really have a problem getting them right in my ears, it hurts and I've tried all sizes already. So I lose them sometimes. Do more people suffer from this, or are they not made for small ears? I don't know if I'm going to keep them, i'm really disappointed because I really wanted them.

Nice sound, garbage quality. The ear tip detached in my ear when removing them. A cheap sticky pad is all that holds the tip in place. Had mine for 8 months.
I like the earphones, but the double-tap functions almost never work. Trying to get transparency mode to work is a matter of luck. I can't use the app either, because it doesn't support my (older) phone.
left earbud no sounds coming out, i hope sennheiser will address this problem so many complaining about this on google, or it is just the latest firmware that ruin the earbuds.
Linram you should get the eartips out of the case at the same time. If one doesn’t work, just put them both in the case again and get them out at the same time. Make sure your case is not out of battery.
They might sound great however I have to constantly pair with my phone and with the app. I regret buying them, I prefer less sound quality for a more reliable set from another company.

Agreed these are a very poor quality product, the paring and connectivity issues are endless and when I do manage to get them to connect, it takes around 10-15 mins of messing around. I have to go through the hassle of repairing again and again everytime I want use them, also the battery life is very poor. Definitely not worth the price tag. I've given feedback on other social media's and get the same generic response, when I have got in contact with support (by email) I never get a reponse. Will not be buying another product from sennheiser again, and it's a pity because them make terrific wired headsets.
I do not have any problem pairing them. I only had to do the pairing thing once for the devices I connect my TMW2 to - phone and SmartTV. I could easily switch from phone to Smart TV easily and without any problems.

I bought this black friday 2019, it's February 2020, and my left ear bud stopped working. I can hear the click when press it to skip songs, but no music comes out unless I press the left ear bud and then it goes again. I left it in the charger case and I'm charging the case also. I don't think I'll get a replacement for this. This is unacceptable. Its an expensive pair of headphones.

In order to detect that the earbuds have been placed in the charging case, there needs to be some battery power left in the charging case. When the charging case’s battery is empty, the earbuds will not switch off automatically. Charge the case via USB-C to switch off the earbuds. Sound is great but microphone records sounds at a absurd low volume !!??? . Second issue I have with them: I can only see the charge led status when the box containing the earbuds is actually opened. If I closed the lid, the led blinks go away and I can't notice whether the charging process proceeds further, or not, or the earbuds are finally charged !!?? ...Sound is great, settings customization too but these two issues above are ruining my user experience....Oh, by the way, something else: today after nearly 7 hours using them non-stop was prompted to charge them...uhhh....I think that doesnt pretty much matches the Sennheiser specs for this product ?!! ( using Momentum True Wireless 4)
This esrbud sound quality is really good but it also does have a lot of issues. I own this earbud for over 2 years and all sudden, no sound on the left earbud. I try everything and factory reset still dont work. No trouble shooting help section online or offline. Now, I have to throw away my $300 earbuds.

My biggest complaint is LOW VOLUME. Any reason that at 50% volume, you can barely hear them? They only start to sound decent at 80% or higher? There seems to be an efficiency/sensitivity issue? At this price range, I am resentful that I have to max out my device's volume to hear them? Nothing I own has Volume Limiting on them. It is not a sync issue. What I get at 90% is what I can get at 65% volume on the Sony XM3s? WTF? This flaw of the Momentums puts the Sony's head and shoulders above them for better dynamic sound with all types of music. I could not put the volume past 60% with Shure 535 in ear headphones without hurting my ears. This is a damn near deal breaker. If I can't fix this issue, then I am getting rid of these for the Jabra Elite 85Ts.

Bought the headphones, best quality ever, great button customization, nice active noise cancellation, good looking headphones Sucks at other things: connecting speed, delay, sometimes you have to manually connect, sometimes the headphones doesn't turn on when taken out of the box, the box is large, battery indicator broken on my box ( always yellow no matter how much time it has been charged) , active noise cancellation doesn't feel working in loud environment or as good as competitors. Overall this headphone is for those who care about quality and nothing but the quality. When you purchase this you have to have a mindset that you use it purely for it's quality, playing music and videos with active noise cancellation on all the time. Don't expect much from gaming as the delay is 0.45 s compared to 0.3 on Galaxy Buds+ and 0 on airpods pro. This thing smash any other true wireless Bluetooth headphones. Quality at least 50% better than airpods pro but since it's so high you probably won't notice the difference unless you really reach for the difference

When I try to connect these to my pc, it doesn't work. The pc knows they are there, but they aren't coming up as a source for sound. Also, the earbuds say no connection when I try to connect them to my pc. The pc says that they are paired, but they aren't connected. Can you help me?

The touch controls on these buds are awesome! I frequently use the volume and transparent hearing features. The sound is so musical.

Hi guys, I have just bought the true wireless 2 version of these earbuds and I must say that the sound quality is sublime, however, I do struggle to maintain the perfect seal within my ear canal which affects the sound quality and the feeling of security. I have tried all the adapters and found the most suitable for my ears. I find that it is starting to get a little uncomfortable with the necessary adjustments that I find myself needing to do to keep an airtight seal. Is there any other adapters or alternatives that you could advise me to help me. Thank you, Wayne.

Just got the MOMENTUM True Wireless 2! I love them so much! Beautiful sound quality.
I got disappointed this afternoon when the left and right audio started fading in respective directions if I moved to sudden. Moments later the left side is not keeping audio unless I hold it in a lucky position for a short moment but it will cut out. Amazing to have this issue one or two weeks into it. No warning signs of this coming but I’m down on Sennheiser for putting me through this. It is a useful technology but the components just doesn’t appear ready for this as advertised yet. Needless to say I can’t trust a reputation that appears to sell halfway efficient merchandise. I’d much rather wait for when it is ready than be treated like I’m stupid enough to accept anything.

I have bought so many Sennheiser products, and while the sound on these is great. The batter drains so quickly while it's in the case and there doesn't seem to be a fix I'm aware of. Not sure how they allowed these to market like this.
Hi, I ve read someone there that said ...if you leave the charging cable hanging from the case ( doesn't need to be plugged to any power source) the sensor of proximity and pairing are off and that stop draining your earbuds battery.

There is another fix where you can turn hard power off the case, then turn them off with the app, only issue is you can't turn them back on without a cable then. I guess when I wrote this my thoughts were, that the product wasn't fit for purpose. I still use mine, but it's rather annoying and I'll probably use something else for my next pair.

Can we get a setting on the app to enable the case to charge or not to charge when we put buds in case. That will kill battery over time. I don’t wanna charge a 80% battery ???? You will waist the life of the battery . Allow us to press the button on the case to allow charge. For now I lay my buds on top of the case . Only put them in the case when have too. Pleas fix this .

If we use the earphones and when we decide to stop listening, the earphones are still half-charged. Do we insert them back into the charger or leave them outside the charger? When I get into the app, it only shows 1 percentage and does not specify if it's right or left.
Also, earlier today it showed battery was 20% and when its said "powering off" the left ear bud turned off and then the app changed the battery life to 70% assuming it was for the right ear.

Beyond frustrating to have constant issues with the left earbud failing in my MTW 2 set. It started with no sound, sync issues, connection issues, low and fading volume and now, it just wont charge. And yes - I have done everything recommended for trouble shooting. These have been very well looked after and is not a user issue, but a product issue. App is always up to date, which pairs fine with the right - only because it turns on. The case is fine (nothing short of out of the box new cared for) but seems to think the left bud is half charged with an amber light even though the earbud itself has no lights at all. I literally now have half of what I paid for and not impressed. This is an ongoing issue with past and recent versions of MTW. The full ear headphones are by far in a category of their own - sublime is an understatement. I was looking forward to having the buds as a more of a complimentary addition to my gear that I could use recreationally. Incredibly disappointing to say the least. I've been a long time fan of this company, and I do expect more from a brand that has a long standing reputation of quality and craftsmanship.
This is the part where progress is still possible . Can’t wait for a follow up of the current model.
If you look past the connectivity issues, left earbud completely dying, and the battery life being terrible, these are great earbuds.
I’m sure version 3 is pretty good. But man, it was painful being an early adopter of this version.
I finally bought some studio beats earbuds, much better user experience compared to these earbuds. But the sound quality is much better with the sennheiser
Version 3 still has these problems, I returned once, got a new pair had the same left side disconnect and was forever stuck in a sync loop. The audio drivers and sound quality is awesome but the connectively and case contact design is so poor that I ended up having to go with a different brand.
My MTW also have some problem she repeat Volume MIN and when I tried to Max the Volume ... there is a problem

Sennheiser need to change the way they MTW "work"! The case discharge without no reason, if it is empty you take out the earbuds and put on the case and if you start playing they will play since they still connected to the phone, what a proximity sensor? it wasn't better a sensor that detects that they are in place, like AirPods, Powerbeats pro, Sony? (being different doesn't mean being better)...the way they connect to the phone (there's the master and the "slave" unfortunately not both connected to the phone yet like Powerbeats or AirPods or Sony WF1000XM3) but the sound stage, sound signature is really good and seams to be better than Sony (My main reason for buying them... to listen music, for being in love about the sound I listen, for the details in the music, the sound separation...They could be better? maybe.... after testing Powerbeats Pro, AirPods, Sony MW-1000XM3, Master & Dynamics MW07... Sennheiser MTW has the best sound for me, I love them!)
But, there's a But...I exchange 3 times the earbuds in the firsts 15 days of use because a sound I heard when listen music on the left earbud! with the last one, after a while... stoped working... I received them a week or two from repair, and I sent them back again to repair today... yesterday the left earbud stoped... and today the case the red led was blinking, and the right earbud also stoped working...
Now I just wait. Let's hope that all the problems are gone when I receive them back.

When stored in the case, the earbuds are kept in a low-power standby mode so they can quickly and automatically switch on and make a fast Bluetooth connection and be ready to go when you need them. As a result, when placing the earbuds in the case, their battery will always drain a small amount. In this standby state, the batteries will still last at least 7 days before being fully drained. I never arrived til 7days battery! Almost every day I put them charging! Some times I took them from the charge and after 1h with out using them and they had not battery! Seams that they didn't charged anything!

Today I went pick up the repaired pair of MTW repaired! But I think that they forgot to repair it! The box gives the signal that it is charging... the earbuds... don't do anything... shows only the LED red... but nothing more!!!
Another 15days and this is the third time that I will send them to repair!
@@sennheiser "still last 7 days". You say this as if it's acceptable or even good. I don't use my headphones every day. I might pick them up twice a week and 1 out of 2 times they're completely dead. Not only this, as multiple people have stated, when the case dies, the buds turn on and connect to the last device if in range, which steals audio and drains them even faster. This is a major flaw for a pair of ear buds at any price, and for $300 US it's completely outrageous. It should be clearly advertised as having a 7 day "standby time" unlike every other pair out there. Anyone who doesn't use these daily will feel scammed, as I do.

I've had two sets that had this issue out of nowhere. No drops or anything. Apparently it's a known factory defect. Pretty ridiculous when you consider the price. I'm going to go with Sony next time too.
I can pair these to my phone and listen to music just fine, but the app can't find the buds even though they're already paired meaning I can't adjust the equalizer AND change the voice assistant. I even tried re-installing the app, restarting my phone, unpairing the headphone, and trying to pair only through the app -- I'm sorry Sennheiser but I'm probably switching to the Buds+ or Sony WF-1000XM3's even though the sound is superb.

Make sure your bluetooth is turned on the cellphone you are trying to pair with. You can also push and hold on your cells bluetooth and see if momentum pops up

Hi Christopher! The MOMENTUM True Wireless has integrated power-saving features. When the earbuds are connected to a Bluetooth source but not in use (i.e. no music streaming, phone calls nor voice assistant interactions), they will switch off automatically after 60 minutes. When the earbuds are disconnected from a Bluetooth source, they will switch off automatically after 15 minutes. We hope this helps! :)
There was a recent update a few days ago, less than a week.
I got a momentum 1 if I am not wrong. The pairing is impossible and the battery life is bad and that's why my wife stopped using her momentum. I found them and decided to pair it with my Google pixel 7 pro. The same issue. It's not pairing. Please help.

All phone quality music is compressed 18-bit audio. Except, If you want the highest quality on your phone download Tidal app and use HiFi or Master quality music. If you have a wired headset and an auxillary port use a DAC & Amp to into the auxillary. With wireless earPhones the best quality you will get will be the Tidal app at 32-bit 396hz music

Do more people suffer from this, or are they not made for small ears? I don't know if I'm going to keep them, i'm really disappointed because I really wanted them.
Look into getting some Comply foam tips. They will work for this model. They are very comfortable and will help with this issue.

Nice sound, garbage quality. The ear tip detached in my ear when removing them. A cheap sticky pad is all that holds the tip in place. Had mine for 8 months.
I like the earphones, but the double-tap functions almost never work. Trying to get transparency mode to work is a matter of luck. I can't use the app either, because it doesn't support my (older) phone.

Linram you should get the eartips out of the case at the same time. If one doesn’t work, just put them both in the case again and get them out at the same time. Make sure your case is not out of battery.

Agreed these are a very poor quality product, the paring and connectivity issues are endless and when I do manage to get them to connect, it takes around 10-15 mins of messing around. I have to go through the hassle of repairing again and again everytime I want use them, also the battery life is very poor. Definitely not worth the price tag. I've given feedback on other social media's and get the same generic response, when I have got in contact with support (by email) I never get a reponse. Will not be buying another product from sennheiser again, and it's a pity because them make terrific wired headsets.
I do not have any problem pairing them. I only had to do the pairing thing once for the devices I connect my TMW2 to - phone and SmartTV. I could easily switch from phone to Smart TV easily and without any problems.

I bought this black friday 2019, it's February 2020, and my left ear bud stopped working. I can hear the click when press it to skip songs, but no music comes out unless I press the left ear bud and then it goes again. I left it in the charger case and I'm charging the case also. I don't think I'll get a replacement for this. This is unacceptable. Its an expensive pair of headphones.

Hi there! When the earbuds are placed in the charging case, they switch off automatically. In order to detect that the earbuds have been placed
in the charging case, there needs to be some battery power left in the charging case. When the charging case’s battery is empty, the earbuds will not switch off automatically. Charge the case via USB-C to switch off the earbuds. When the earbuds are disconnected from a Bluetooth source, they will switch off automatically after 15 minutes. We hope this helps!

Sound is great but microphone records sounds at a absurd low volume !!??? . Second issue I have with them: I can only see the charge led status when the box containing the earbuds is actually opened. If I closed the lid, the led blinks go away and I can't notice whether the charging process proceeds further, or not, or the earbuds are finally charged !!?? ...Sound is great, settings customization too but these two issues above are ruining my user experience....Oh, by the way, something else: today after nearly 7 hours using them non-stop was prompted to charge them...uhhh....I think that doesnt pretty much matches the Sennheiser specs for this product ?!! ( using Momentum True Wireless 4)

This esrbud sound quality is really good but it also does have a lot of issues. I own this earbud for over 2 years and all sudden, no sound on the left earbud. I try everything and factory reset still dont work. No trouble shooting help section online or offline. Now, I have to throw away my $300 earbuds.
I just bought Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless and I’m having a issue of right ear bud not playing. However, controls still works from both earbuds.

My biggest complaint is LOW VOLUME. Any reason that at 50% volume, you can barely hear them? They only start to sound decent at 80% or higher? There seems to be an efficiency/sensitivity issue? At this price range, I am resentful that I have to max out my device's volume to hear them? Nothing I own has Volume Limiting on them. It is not a sync issue. What I get at 90% is what I can get at 65% volume on the Sony XM3s? WTF? This flaw of the Momentums puts the Sony's head and shoulders above them for better dynamic sound with all types of music. I could not put the volume past 60% with Shure 535 in ear headphones without hurting my ears. This is a damn near deal breaker. If I can't fix this issue, then I am getting rid of these for the Jabra Elite 85Ts.
Can someone please explain, if i put them on case, then it drains case energy? İsnt there a way to turn them off so i can save the case for later?
Hi there! When the earbuds are placed in the charging case, they switch off automatically. In order to detect that the earbuds have been placed in the charging case, there needs to be some battery power left in the charging case. When the charging case’s battery is empty, the earbuds will not switch off automatically. Charge the case via USB-C to switch off the earbuds. When the earbuds are disconnected from a Bluetooth source, they will switch off automatically after 15 minutes. We hope this helps! :)

Bought the headphones, best quality ever, great button customization, nice active noise cancellation, good looking headphones
Sucks at other things: connecting speed, delay, sometimes you have to manually connect, sometimes the headphones doesn't turn on when taken out of the box, the box is large, battery indicator broken on my box ( always yellow no matter how much time it has been charged) , active noise cancellation doesn't feel working in loud environment or as good as competitors.
Overall this headphone is for those who care about quality and nothing but the quality. When you purchase this you have to have a mindset that you use it purely for it's quality, playing music and videos with active noise cancellation on all the time. Don't expect much from gaming as the delay is 0.45 s compared to 0.3 on Galaxy Buds+ and 0 on airpods pro. This thing smash any other true wireless Bluetooth headphones. Quality at least 50% better than airpods pro but since it's so high you probably won't notice the difference unless you really reach for the difference
