Also xqc's is terrible. Felix has a way more charming speech, as you always have to sit on the edge of your seat to understand what he says. It gives a gratifying sensation, when you do understand him, while he does his best to be comprehensible
The way how Charlie is talking on the usual, blends with the robotic speech of the AI so well! Maybe it would be good idea to give a bit more time to train the AIs to give them more catchphrases and creativeness - you can see Moist AI is so articulate, probably because Charlie's monologues are so dense in his videos too. On the other hand, it feels like simplicity and top of the hour ad breaks became integral part of the show and it would be a shame to abandon that stuff
as long as the ends justify the means
I'd say the lack of catchphrase spamming makes this one more interesting to listen to in the long run.

They are being fed the conversation history for sure, thats why they are repeating old stuff out of nowhere from other answers, this is how it works for these large models

This is the funniest shit I think I'll ever see. It sucks I cant show this to anyone who doesn't watch twitch because they won't understand how amazingly accurate these A.I. are. To have the degree of comprehension, and ability to respond with personality is astonishing and I can't get enough. Even the little quirks and "flaws" add to the satire in a way other forms of comedy can't emulate.

If you ask me, it at least seems like the ai is partially scripted, in past streams he's had ai answer questions he never asked and then a few minutes later he asks that question which is incredibly odd. I don't care that its fake personally, but I do find it weird athene is so oddly adamant its unscripted
@@GrayNotGrey_ yea I think they need to loosely script some things so the A.I. has a format to go off of, and that's why they repeat certain stuff so much because he probably puts thier popular quotes I'm the list of pre-typed responses, could be wrong though, I do agree it's a little wierd how often he repeats that it's not scripted, but he's also not wrong when he says it's impossible to script all of those questions.

Some people lack vision/imagination and also lack self-awareness. They have trouble believing something is real if they themselves can't understand how it's possible. It's easier for them to simply believe it's fake than admit their own limitations.

It's sort of similar to IMG2IMG on SD...it's a positive feedback loop.
One AI will say a phrase multiple times in a conversation to another AI. Something like "WooOOOoo" for instance.
After that next AI has heard WooOOoo" enough times, He begins to respond with it himself, and spreads it to the _NEXT_ AI.
In many other areas of research, its been discovered that over a number of generations, a group of separate and unique AI entities trained to perform a task by themselves will begin working together as a team. They'll learn this with no prompting. This is just the beginning.

There are some scipted things at the beginning sometimes. But the main proof that the ai is real is that the Charlie and Andrew rate line are so out of this world and funny means there is no way Athene and his team wrote it. Writing content for multiple two hour streams like this is impossible.

Can you make a video where you show the process? Or at least showcase some of this technology for this usecase? Don't have to give away the secret sauce but I'm so interested as a layperson.
The ”only” special thing you need to pull this off is the text question to text answer part. Assuming they utilize models like Chat GPT, that has been all over the news, they need to ”tell the model to answer as if they were Asmongold”. For famous people, like Trump or Obama, you can just tell such models to answer as Trump would, but for not so famous people you would instead need to add that type of information in some way (catchphrases, frequently used words etc).
@Per Erlandsson yup, and I'd bet money that the reason this asshat hides the process is because he doesn't want to empower his viewers when they realize how easy it is. He'd rapidly lose viewers since they wouldn't have to play a game of telephone to interact. Kinda pathetic, he talks about it like he had some team of professionals setting this up, despite this all being cobbled together using publicly available tech.

What you're probably referring to is clean and varied sample audio. If you train voice synthesis using audio of a guy stuttering and saying chat a lot, you're not gonna have as much to work with. Same goes for what I'm assuming is just GPT3 prompting. I feel like it's using a text dump of transcribed stream audio as a base or something and isn't being properly vetted.
Of course I could be 100% wrong, but this guy does everything he can to avoid transparency, so he kinda invites wild speculation.
I feel that everyone else just says the same thing over and over again but moistcritikal says something interesting and new all the time that's why he's so entertaining and he's not that far from the original.
