Hi dear,
You can adjust opening/closing speed on the controller; there are 2 blue rotatable buttons to adjust the speed and door opening time.

I have purchased and installed a WinSLider CASA1. It is working perfectly, but the Wireless Hand Switches will not program. I have tried 20 times according to the instructions on page 25 of the manual. I have also watched this video and have used the exact same procedure, but the blue light just turns off and does not blink six times. Both batteries are good 3.6v and the dip switches are set correctly. Also there are NO instructions at all for the small remote. Please help. I don't want to return it.

Rack and pinion is fairly compact, but not very aesthetically pleasing.
