What can he do when the horse is flaying it's hooves if you watch no one gets close till after he has stopped flaying. Plus it was a ruptured aorta which there is nothing you can do about. He was given a clean bill of health before this and it happened suddenly like most ruptures. Its not cruel to not want to be kicked in the head or body the only reason the person who removed the saddle was lucky was because it was from behind.
