- finally another solo date & a day of being alone ✨ it was such a fun day to explore the city alone and finally check off things I've wanted to do in toronto! in this vlog, we went to St Lawrence Market, Sugar Beach, did some reading, shopping and more 💖 so glad I also conquered my fear of filming in public 😅

I was at lawrence market I think 1 table back to try the food I got there. I then went to sugar beach. My favorite spot is the island to go biking. And I have 1 favorite spot for the sunset. Summer days

This is definitely a sign that I need to take myself on a solo date! I went for a short breakfast date but had to leave for lunch plans. It's a start! I would like to do some reading next time with my kindle too! I just recently bought one and so in love with it! I'm going to add permission to come home to my long list of TBR 😆

Loved the weekly vlog and such a valuable reminder. A couple of years ago, I went to a Black Pink concert by myself as I was new to the city and didn't know many people who liked Kpop music. However, still to this day, it was one of the most liberating, fun and memorable experiences I've ever had. Solo dates are the best! x

Oooh go Celine go! Funny timing of this vid i just was in NY for labor day weekend and the last day all my friends were busy so i solo explored the city lol legs/feet absolutely exhausted BUT so fun and picked up the best $5 sunglasses lol

Idt I've ever done a solo date and I've been telling myself I need to do one. I've gone to places by myself like going to Target and of course like going to appointments by myself, go to a workout class by myself, but it's different when you eat by yourself or go to a coffee shop by yourself and chill there. Such a great reminder that you don't need anybody to go somewhere with you.
I definitely recommend trying it one day! 🫶

I LOVE love love this vlog so much, Celine!! The filming in public thing is so hard for me too, but I found if I keep it discreet enough, people have no idea lol.
Also, I haven't done complete research but I heard rumors of some dry shampoos having a toxic chemical in it, especially the aerosol ones. Just an fyi :)
Can't wait for more videos! I'd love to see more solo date/city errands vlogs hehe. I haven't been to Canada in so long so it's nice to explore through your lens.

you should try Kensington market in Toronto on a saturday/sunday. When i visited, the whol neighborhoood turned into a massive market: live music, people sell their artwork. it was super peaceful and positive. vibes were immaculate

I am very much a solo dater as I treat solo dates like an adventure, to explore new places, even in my own neighbourhood and as way to meet new people. I have been to big concerts, cafes/restaurants, movies conventions and done wine tours on my own. It is my time out, zen time. Your solo date tips are perfect advice.👍
I am a huge skin care junkie. I love Nars products. I am very religious with sunscreen ( the best anti-aging product) and it is a necessity in Australia . My go to are La Roche Posay Anthelios Invisivible Fluid and Ultra Violette SPF 50+ for all skin types. The hot weather is already starting quite early here in Spring. And being a fake blonde, brassiness is my issue and thank goodness for purple shampoo🙏. I really loved your casual dress🥰. I still wear clothes that I bought 24 years ago, which are of good quality and are timeless or come back in fashion...and I look after them.
I have visited Canada twice...and St Lawrence Market immediately reminded me of Granville Island, which I loved so much with many good memories. Sugar Beach looks gorgeous. One day I hope to get to Toronto🙏. In Australia🐨🦘, the equivalent of Mimiso is Daiso and I go crazy buying stationary and knick knacks. The stickers are so cute. And the mochi donuts look delish and I would have devoured the matcha donut.
