    Thanks to everyone who followed along in this whole series. In my opinion this is my best video I've ever made.
    Special thanks to Jon for being right there with me everyday and filming for me.
    Special thanks to my wife Ashley for literally bringing me lunch and spending time with me on site almost every day!
    Special thanks to Bobby Flores who linked me up with Hull Homes and Hull Millwork.
    Special thanks to Chris Massie for being the best project manager. Dude is pure gold.
    Special thanks to Brent Hull for taking a chance and letting us work on such an awesome project
    And everyone else on site who made it possible.
    On to the next one!

      Incredible work guys, this was a monumental task and you killed it. It’s so fun watching y’all work through a project like this but to then get to see your reaction to it being completed. Nobody would see that work and not be amazed. And based on your reaction, you can tell the pride that you take in your work and you should. There’s no ceiling too tall for you guys, enjoy it and I can’t wait to see what’s next! Oh one more thing: I know you said y’all learned a lot but so did we.

      I got into it about 4 years ago and the things I did then were beyond amateurish. I've learned to slow down and go into everything with a plan. I feel I'm at the point where I can do slightly better than most companies I could hire around here.

    I believe the greatest compliment I can accept is when I look back at a project and say "I'm pleased with this". Lots of people say how much they like it but they don't know what it took to complete a job of which I am proud of the finished product. You have every right to say how much you are satisfied product and to me you are the final judge of if it is good enough. Keep up the excellent work.

    Ben Moore Advance is all I've used on trim and spraying for cabinets. For those who don't know about the paint. Do yourself a favor and pick up a gal ( pricey ) and give it whirl. Dove White is our go to color for white cabinets and trim. Sprays with less than 10% water dilution. The secret is it is an Alkyd that is carried with water and cures like an enamel after the water content has evaporated. My wife comments a lot that her kitchen shelves are as new as 7 years ago. The paint holds up to glassware and plates that come in and out daily. As with any successful painting spray or brush preparation is the key. Your right Richard Ben Moore Advance was the perfect choice for that project. Thanks for sharing.

    @Mister006 Рік тому

    The color choices really enhance the finish work. They are not excessive in tint and tone, and topping it off, the paint is high quality and the painters did an excellent job!

    It is beautiful. So many creative touches. Using the profiled edges ripped from the casing - ingenious. One thing I noticed was the floor. It really works well as a design element. But … those chamfered edges used to be the mark of pre-finished flooring, spoken of as dust-catchers (with disdain) as the designer recommended unfinished flooring, sanded uniformly smooth and finished in place.
