Teratoma: AFP production?
AFP may be seen in 'immature' teratomas which are uncommon; even in that subset, AFP production is unusual. Thx for the consideration.
lovely, but i liked the first speaker more. nm love to you both
OMG! I can't tell that to Karun; it will go right to his head! Thx for the comment and thx for viewing the video. HS

second half was too quick, slides were great but things that you were saying went over my head
Fair enough. This is a complex topic with a lot of detail BUT the beauty of videos is the ability to pause and backfill additional detail. I hope you have some time to explore other videos and share your comments. They are always appreciated (even if critical!). HS
Pdf’s mentioned in the video aren’t linked the description. Minus 1
Please return my point! The PDF is available at 12DaysinMarch website. Just double checked.
I thought the thyroid hormone producing tumor was a teratoma
Sorry for the delay; been busy at the med school. Struma ovarii is a type of teratoma. So yes, teratomas can secrete hormones.
Thank you so much
