Was gonna ask about the smell. Especially with acrylic.

Maybe it's because I was a painter and have worked in factories where the smell of hot metal and plastic was a normal part of my work day but none of the smells that come off this thing are particularly strong. The smell at the tire shop or walking by a nail Solon is much worse. PU leather and wood have the strongest smells, but it's nothing crazy.

@@BATM_Media I had a laser cutter. It stunk. Cutting wood and acrylic. Absolute strong smell. Not sure what your saying ??? No way this could go in a home without some discomfort.
It's so bad the office I moved into the manager complained about the smell. You could smell the acrylic when u walked past my doorway.

@armondtanz some people are more sensitive to smells than others, but also the work area on this unit is small.its like 8"x8" so you don't have a ton of cutting happening quickly. With a fan in an open window you could easily run this unit in your office or garage.
