Love everything about this, except the fat front tire. I've got a rebel also and I don't think the underpowered engine is going to like that tire. Lol. On the color. Dark copper would look awesome. I can't wait to see more of this build. I want the kick start on my rebel. Keep'm coming, I'm glued!
Rigid seat and 8 pounds of air in the rear 😂 Looking real good! Ridge line continuity will be cool. Please think about (your sled, your decision) fish tails. One on each side straight back. Your consideration for the "empty" space is well thought out. 👍 Keep on. Enjoying the updates.
That bike looks so Good!!! Man I came across this video and this bike what a Cool project! I will be watching for this build!!! I have So Many Questions!
Hi, I've been watching for your update. You have some nice design details, especially the ridge running down the middle. I'm waiting to see how you create the clutch pedal. All in all, I i think it will come out nice! Queasyrider
Awesome build!! Might be my fav on the channel so far! What about a dark metallic purple for the tank and fenders with a black frame? Also, I did a kickstart conversion to my friend's 1985 rebel recently. I used a Twinstar 200 side cover and kickstart mechanism. You can machine the rebel side cover to accept an oil seal and the kickstart mechanism. If you want to use a Twinstar 200 side cover you will need a 85-87 rebel clutch because the actuation mechanism is different on the 2nd gen rebels (90s+). The Twinstar side covers have a different look which might fit your build though!
That rear fender to tire fitment is superb, and I can't wait to see how you add the line down the tank to tie it all together. Really diggin' this bike! Definitely convert that horn into a taillight, where would you mount it?
That’s a yay for the taillight! Just chucking it out there had you thought about white? I’d be interested to see what it would look like in an off shade of white?🤔
The taillight will look cool, but please think about a hidden bright stoplight. We don't want you to get hurt because they didn't realize you were stopped! Q...
Man that’s looking good. Makes me wanna buy an old Rebel, a sentence I never thought I’d ever write!😂
Super clean design. No large gaps or space. As for paint, black cherry with some silver ghost flames would look nice.
Dark pine green would look sick!
Yes on taillight, dark gunmetal (almost black chrome) looking amazing as always!
I like the horn -> tail light mod. With that, you could paint the bike British racing green and it would look sick!
Hopefully you can make an special video of the making of the taillight. This build is gonna be awesome!
Yea that tail light is gonna be badass
Definitely excited to see how you work out the foot clutch! I had a few ideas myself but haven’t been able to put to get the free time.

For the paint, a Black frame and the tins a really dark Green.
Deep dark red on the tin’s marbleized with black, black frame few bits of chrome to match springer

All brown/bronze would look good on that thing
Dark bronze and cream pin stripping dude
Love this series - working on a KZ440 chopper right now and dig that springer. what length you go with?
Dry cool
I guess Midnight Blue Pearl would be cool for this.
That’s a yay for the taillight! Just chucking it out there had you thought about white? I’d be interested to see what it would look like in an off shade of white?🤔
Would be a cool ride around town little scoot..
tail light would be so cool
Dark grey

What type of headlight is that and where did you get it from? It’s really nice. The whole bike is bad ass!

Niceee
Silver but dull not shiny. It looks right now but needs to be really cleaned up. Dark colors will not show up beside big bikes next it.

What is the lever on the rear brake for. I'm confused. Like were your going with the build.
It’s the clutch lever, I just left it there so it doesn’t drag around when pushing the bike.
she's awesome... i'm in love..

How much do you sell it, brother👌
Not for sale
@@LNSPLTBLVD thank you
Hi, how to buy this hardtail kitt?
Go on VooDoo Vintage website
387 лайк МОЙ !!! 😂👍👏
I don't get why you didn't use a 400cc. Same silhouette but more CC's than the 250. Re the colour - keep it steel. It looks right.
Cuz if i wanted a bigger motor I’d just ride my Shovelhead. The point of this build is to build my first cruiser which was a 250 Rebel
@LNSPLTBLVD I respect that. Personally, I'd go 400cc making it more usable. I still dig what you're doing.
Rootbeer brown with some gold pin stripes
I say leave the bike raw metal and just clear it.
Scaaaariest rebel ever built
