    Great video, I thought I can never do this it's way to complex, although I really wanted it, if it worked and responded to clients in a personal way, and it can do all of that. You make it look like as it is not to complicated and I really think that I could follow and understand you step by step. I gone start with this and when all goes well, I hope to make it even more complexe automated scripts with bills to clients, agenda, bookkeeping, contacts, email but that will come step by step, and I will see along the way how far I come

Using chatGPT 4 since few months but since last 2 weeks, the issue has become so critical. Plz help. The tab becomes unresponsive, mostly in long conversations, rest of the tabs and other software work well at that moment.

    I created an estimating GPT for my industry but I am having trouble getting the same outcome for a chart. I am uploading the specification and asking the GPT to put together a chart, sometimes it gets it right, other times it give me N/A or TBD, how do I get it so that it is consistent? If I respond that it is inaccurate, often times it gets it right the next time.

    • @gregkendall3559
      @gregkendall3559 12 днів тому

      This is a big problem with LLMs. They get different answers each session. They are inconsistent. They are not like a program. I keep thinking about ways to have a manager "agent" that is a hard ass who criticizes the work and generates corrections. Would the gpt be capable of criticizing its own work? I see all these videos that show amazing results but in practicality they fail on real life tasks... But I keep trying!!! One day it will all work.

    • @johnrose581
      @johnrose581 11 днів тому

      @@gregkendall3559 yea I am trying to have it create a table on items that are outlined in the specification that I upload, when it performs the command the first time I often get “not provided” or just incorrect data. When I tell it that it looks wrong, it tries again and gets it right 80% of the time. I tried telling it specifically where to look and added a double check line, no luck. Almost seems like it prioritizes speed over accuracy.

  • @TacBlades
    @TacBlades 13 днів тому

    This was very interesting, on how to craft gpt automation,
    but is seems overly complicated and for something like estimates
    you can create these from simple flat templates in a fraction of the time it takes to even type in answers to the chat bot.
    At the moment i could not see an process automation that would be faster and more efficient using a chat bot than just creating it manually from templates and links.
    Needs a use case that dramatically saves time to be useful.

  • @MaxGrossenbacher
    @MaxGrossenbacher 15 днів тому +1

    Btw. If you need to build GPTs. Tell the LLM where you are. Country, State, City.

  • @chriscotton4207
    @chriscotton4207 Місяць тому

    I would like you to give it a task of creating a ping pong table. What you're going to notice is no matter what it will divide up that sheet of 4x8 sheet and tell you that you can build the table in two pieces. I've prompt it numerous ways It says that you can cut it and it thinks that you can still get the dimensions. So this leads me to believe that if I was to use this in construction estimation that a lot of my formwork would just be done by calculating the linear footage. Which imagine if your forms are 8'4 tall. You would have so much extra waste. Your bid would come out short. Give it a shot

    • @ai-foundations
      @ai-foundations  Місяць тому +3

      The way I show sets it up so you only have to type in a huge prompt in the backend ONCE compared to having to type out multiple prompts every time you wanted to do something. Huge time saver, and you don’t have to think about it. You just go in, select a button and get right into your workflow.
