According to many theories (that are practically true), Papyrus is claimed to be the strongest character in Undertale. From defying physics casually, to controlling his DMG on you, he's everything but a forgettable enemy.
*_For this man to be running in terror from Sans asking for the genitals equipped onto you, it must be something TRULY horrific that will forbid any man from sanity again._*
Well no hold on, Sans willingly dodges attacks until he gets sleepy. I feel like they are on equal amounts of power but papyrus is just too innocent to use his power where sans will use the full extent of his abilities to help/protect his brother, friends and the underground.
If you played the genocide route, it would make sense.

And it’s perfect contrast to they way Sans has little to no movement and even less expression is just gold
I love the way Papyrus, after saying his first line, bends and smiles at Sans in a supportive way for him to sing his first line, before leaning back in confusion after Sans sings his first line.

I mean, it did take at least 2 hours I bet, considering he already DID already have the original animations and models ready. All that really took his time is probably the brainstorming process for what to even do for the meme's remaster.
