    This advanced method goes beyond the basics, allowing welders to attain a subtle yet crucial amount of reinforcement on the inner side of the pipe.
    One standout benefit of this technique is the ability to achieve a controlled and subtle reinforcement on the interior of the pipe. This proves especially advantageous when tackling overhead sections of pipe welds.
    In this comprehensive video, I'll break down the advanced welding method's steps and nuances, providing valuable insights into achieving precision and strength in your welds.
    Whether you're a beginner or an experienced welder looking to enhance your skills, this video has something for everyone.

    Hello XZM TIG colleague, I really liked your video, thank you for your work. I would like you to film in addition to this view or answer this question when welding a root through a gap, how and at what distance should the tungsten be and at what height do you hold the wire. Thanks in advance

    Are you using tacks in order to support wire while feeding it? I noticed you where using only lift tig most of time - why? How you avoid unplaned arc strikes on pipe? Do you have contactor switch on your torch? Some Esab machines have this option for lift tig does your Miller have it to?

    • @X3MTIG
      @X3MTIG  7 місяців тому +1

      I’m using both, lift and scratch start, no contactor switch available on my type of machine
