Ugh, I identify so much with Diego (David’s Character), he’s the only Mexican character I’ve ever felt really captured my brand of Mexican (lol). What a great cast and show 😭💕✨
For all the hate this final season has got, I'm so thankful we got to at least say goodbye! Too many shows now a days get cancelled or dropped without a proper sendoff, and I'm just glad we got one more final ride with this cast of characters!

I mean it really is one last train ride if you will lol and a real trip down memory lane like thinking back to high school or childhood days all the amazing memories made and knowing its finally come to its end, it’s devastating yet all too happy for the journey made. Absolutely love this show

What I thought was gonna happen was them all going into the subway and searching for s better timeline. I thought maybe the show would end as we see them walk into a subway train, sit down together looking exhausted and search for a better timeline seemingly forever

@TristanTML09 there was nothing wrong with their 4 season plan tbh. The issue was being cut down to 6 episodes, so they had to rush important parts like Reginald's story and completely cut out parts like Sloan's story. Yeah, they definitely could've done better than they did with only 6 episodes, but the writers are used to having 10 and were planning to have 10.
I really love Robert as an actor with how heartfelt his messages were to the fans and co-actors in his interviews. Whatever the direction the story went on with this season, its beyond the actors' power.
The chemistry and bond of the cast were really the main reasons that made me pull through until the end. So much happened on and off screen over the years. We watched Aidan grow up from a wee little boy to a young man, David and Ritu dating, Tom and his wife having children, Elliot transitioning.... they went through some of the biggest life events together. I will miss this cast so much!
I've gotten so much more joy from watching the cast promote season 4 than watching season 4 and that is the highest praise I can give to it. Good job to all for working with what you had

saying this reminds me of what this finale is like. have you ever watched an anime where they caught up to the manga so for the final season they do an anime-original ending and it’s bad? yeah that’s exactly what umbrella academy s4 feels like. except for this the writers just dropped the ball completely and they can’t blame the source material.
This cast has been phenomenal EVERY SEASON. I love all of them so much. It may have been a terribly written, netflix assassinated final season but I will forever miss this family.
The other comments may hate this season of umbrella academy but I personally loved that it had an ending for once unlike so many other tv shows. It may have not been great but you can't ignore that it was touching for all of us to see these beloved characters end up the way they did 😢💔

That was a joy thank you. Every time one show closes and another one opens I feel like I am traveling through a multi-verse of lifetimes because I get so emotionally invested in the shows that I watch. Love this movie magic
This season was a massive let down, let's be honest. Sad, cause I was soo excited after the trailer. But, in the end it really didn't do it for me. And Five and Lila's arch, the worst thing they did for their characters was a gratuitous betrail that's literally never resolved. And for whaaaat!
to be honest I dont know if I was crying at the end during the flashbacks because the charcters died, or because of nostalgia of how good the first seasons used to be compared to this last one
Totally agree. I completely dislike five and lila having any romantic feelings for each other and I disliked the assault scene with Allison and luther is season 3. Season 3 and 4 were bad in my opinion. The direction the show went in really sucked. A lot of things didn't make sense.
@@lightning9494 that’s true, one of many things that were left unresolved.. my guess is that the writers started the season with an idea of what the story should be but had to cut it down to six episodes, so instead of reworking the entire thing so it would be well developed inside the six episodes they just “adapted” what they already had and drove themselves into a dead end.
I will miss this series a lot, it was the best and I watched it in full. I love this series a lot, it is the best. The Umbrella Academy changed my life and now I don't know what to do without it. I actually feel like every character was failed in the final season. It also just felt so disjointed and odd. It seemed like two seasons worth of content was written and they just cut chunks out without a good rewrite. It made it make less sense and left you feeling like whole scenes and storylines were gone with just remnants remaining. Like, how the girl end up in a squid mentioning the Cleanse and how Five had left a notebook telling himself how to get through the subway when it appeared he couldn't time travel anymore. Characters were under utilised and didn't spend much time together as a team. It didn't feel like the same show. It definitely needed more than 6 episodes and writing changes. I'm sure there was some way they could've done it decent enough justice in 6 episodes but 10 would've been better or 2 seasons.

Love the full story idea that we get and reasoning they all have to go and also love the finale of them being all together, but the steps to get us there were bad. Five and Lila either needed to be fully developed or dumped completely. Ignoring Sloane's lack of existence was ridiculous.

I finished it! First of all, it was very good, I was a little sad because it ended, I was watching it with great pleasure, but even though it was a fiction, I always think that the T.U.A team is somewhere protecting us, I believe so. I'm a little sad that it's over, but I think I'll always watch it over and over again 😅. So I'm very happy. Season 4 was great and the last part was very emotional. There were people we saw in other seasons and the last one was The photos were very emotional and beautiful, I saved them all one by one and this is what I will keep as a memory, we love the T.U.A team so much💙🖤💗💖

Netflix gave Lucifer, 13 Reasons Why, Good Girls, Dead to Me, Locke and Key, Van Helsing, even Riverdale for fuck sakes a better more satisfying ending then The Umbrella Academy did. I cant even express how disappointing and dissatisfing the Last Season is. I was proud of Netflix for giving us a final season. But it is NOT the final season we wanted or even needed. Theres so much they couldve done with the last season but they chose what they did and it was a Bad Choice!! Damn you Netflix.
This was a show of family, heart and soul. I fell in love with the cast, dialog, just the entire show. The cast and their characters really grew in my heart...sad and miss them.
That was lovely to watch, thank you. You can tell how proud and happy they all are and deservedly so ☺️ I had a lot of fun watching the show over the years. I hope they each go on to some fun new projects.
I wish we could have had a 4th season but I could imagine a different timeline where it wasn't cancelled and they gave us a really botched ending that was overwhelmingly disapproved of. I'm glad that never happened.

Season 4 was a total EXPERIMENT OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE to write an ENTIRE SEASON. It’s to see how well it goes over with audiences, and how to GET RID OF WRITERS, GOOD WRITERS, just as “they” replace workers with AI, and or robotics.

GAWD I HATE THIS… I don't know why I connected to these characters a few years back. These wonderful actors brought a humanity, humor, sincerity, emotional intelligence and believability to what began as comic book characters. Seeing it end… hurts. Like an emotional gut punch. As a metaphor it’s a powerful lesson: make the most of now and treasure the gift of others. I do not know these talented people nor the army of behind the scenes individuals who brought this to life. Suffice I am truly grateful for your lives and the gifts of your talents. Ten thousand years of happiness to all.
Aiden is just not enjoying it. He knows how bad the season was. You can just see it. It makes sense because he is the biggest fan in the cast of the source material. 😭😭🤧

Yes! The ending wasn’t perfect, but at least we got an ending, and everything wrapped up in a logical way. It was so sad though 😢

Netflix gave Lucifer, 13 Reasons Why, Good Girls, Dead to Me, Locke and Key, Van Helsing, even Riverdale for fuck sakes a better more satisfying ending then The Umbrella Academy did. I cant even express how disappointing and dissatisfing the Last Season is. I was proud of Netflix for giving us a final season. But it is NOT the final season we wanted or even needed. Theres so much they couldve done with the last season but they chose what they did and it was a Bad Choice!! Damn you Netflix.

Best Tv series of all time Absolutely beautiful ending
This was a show of family, heart and soul. I fell in love with the cast, dialog, just the entire show. The cast and their characters really grew in my heart...sad and miss them.
That was lovely to watch, thank you. You can tell how proud and happy they all are and deservedly so ☺️ I had a lot of fun watching the show over the years. I hope they each go on to some fun new projects.

I wish we could have had a 4th season but I could imagine a different timeline where it wasn't cancelled and they gave us a really botched ending that was overwhelmingly disapproved of. I'm glad that never happened.

ahh i’m so gonna miss this cast!😭 i mean this season is bad, like really *really* bad - so many plot holes and i wish they’ve done more with klaus’ plot and im also pissed at how it ends ahahah but at least we get to see ‘the end’ of everything. literally😭 but thanks for the amazing work all these years guys!!

Season 4 was a total EXPERIMENT OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE to write an ENTIRE SEASON.
It’s to see how well it goes over with audiences, and how to GET RID OF WRITERS, GOOD WRITERS, just as “they” replace workers with AI, and or robotics.

GAWD I HATE THIS… I don't know why I connected to these characters a few years back. These wonderful actors brought a humanity, humor, sincerity, emotional intelligence and believability to what began as comic book characters. Seeing it end… hurts. Like an emotional gut punch. As a metaphor it’s a powerful lesson: make the most of now and treasure the gift of others. I do not know these talented people nor the army of behind the scenes individuals who brought this to life. Suffice I am truly grateful for your lives and the gifts of your talents. Ten thousand years of happiness to all.
Aiden is just not enjoying it. He knows how bad the season was. You can just see it. It makes sense because he is the biggest fan in the cast of the source material. 😭😭🤧
