I see the odd Bristol game, if I am not playing myself. This weekend they are in Oxford for London Welsh, so I can't miss that one, as I live there. Will be a tough game though!

Sorry, but I wouldn't know how to make one. It's another one of those jobs that is cheaper just to buy them..
Why couldn't we have made these in our forgework class instead of straightening a shoe, hammering it into a round section then forming it into something not half as functional and elegantly simple as this! grumble grumble
