:O yo he does!! Lol maybe he has adhd, because it causes me to automatically try to (badly) pick up accents, and match voice tone lol. Nah, I think it's more who he's comfortable with, like the levels, and Buck is just an outlier because he's not super uncomfortable with him, he just wants to show him up or be similar to him for simplicity's sake lol, subconsciously.
Sorry I rambled but yes his voice with his dad and Carlos is wonderful.
