Agree, Colin ~ but the best opener they ever did was "Brown Sugar" on the 1972 American Tour ~ and the 1973 European Tour. No contest, imho.
They played it heavily in 2019, and 2021-22. Usually as a second song.

Thank you for posting this so soon!! Wish I was there last night. Saw them in Vancouver 2006, they never cease to amaze. They remain the kings of rock, who the hell else could do this at 80.
In 2006 re; Big Bang Vancouver I was behind the stage and only 20 feet from Mick, Charlie, Keith , and Ronnie... the closer you get the greater they are!

Many Stones songs are played with Keith's guitar tuned to "Open G", with capo on 4th fret = key of B. It's a Blues thang.
One guitarist can compensate by moving up the neck if the other is using a capo.
Interesting mix of guitars
For me this song is their best opener. Just the right mid tempo groove to open a show. If you look closely, apart for the opening chords, Keith is barely playing....who does ?

@@The98Dudethey definitely weave. Live, you can hear Keith’s guitar so distinctly. He is playing feel and lots of accents, and Ronnie is playing more straight ahead at times. In person you could clearly hear what they both were doing.

You can tell that he is not 30 anymore, but still, it's a great performance.
I saw them 2 months ago in Seattle . Neither Biden nor The Orange Clown could move around for 5 minutes like Mick does.
