In course they gave us a schedule which printed over their . if you can split in 7 days part , 1st 7 day acclimatization , then run , revision , ladder climbing , 2nd part advance run with weight , rock climbing, jumaring , rapling , leadclimbing mostly rock side , and last 7 days ice side . before go if you practice rum 7-8 k m with 10 kg weight and practice knots its very helpful for you . have a nice day
